Beautiful space inside the home, thoughtfully designed and decorated. A lovely shared outdoor space as well, but deck/patio felt completely private! A short walk to the beach. This was a wonderful stay! Hosts were great communicators—very helpful and proactive.

The property was gorgeous! Such thoughtful detail to the whole place. It’s an eclectic high-end boho home with beautiful decor, but snuggled into what looks like a little retreat getaway. It was absolutely immaculate! If you plan to cook in, there is nothing you won’t find. Martia thought of everything. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved how close we were to the beach. The house was super clean, with comfy beds and really well stocked kitchen. We made good use of the coffee/espresso machine, and the kids loved the books, games and raggedy ann dolls. Communication with the host was fabulous.

Valentine’s Day weekend trip

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here for valentines. We enjoyed lounging around the beautifully decorated house, the short drive to downtown Charleston, and being able to walk around the folly beach area. The house was ideally located where you could walk to folly beach’s center street, but far enough away where you wouldn’t hear all the ruckus. There was also a public beach access very close by. Overall a very Beautiful home with a unique style.

Great centrally located accommodation

We had a wonderful stay at Martia's property and Emily was kind and accommodating. It's close to the beach and all of the entertainment in Folly, but just far enough to not be noisy! It was perfect for my family (2 adults, 1 toddler) and my son would've been very happy to climb up and down the bunk bed steps all day! The details throughout the home are beautiful. We didn't take advantage of the shared community spaces this time but theyre such a nice offering to allow guests to socialize. We love folly and will be back to this rental :)
