Pictures do not show how it actually looks inside. Much cleaner in pictures. Not the best location and not very clean.If we were to come back will not be staying here. Dirty air filter left on front porch, want dishes and laundry started but not any soap. Ceiling fans had so much dust on them we didn’t even use them.Not impressed.

We had a fenced in yard , parking , great Restaurant close by , . Lots of bedroom choices. We didn’t use the kitchen , we ate out at some great restaurant.

Perfect house for large family gatherings. As advertised. Well equipped kitchen. Host very responsive & helpful to questions. We were able to park 3 cars in driveway. Home near railroad yard, trains run often, but by day 2 we really didn't notice any more. Highly recommend rental for parties needing more than 3 bedrooms (6 bdrms/3 bath)

Wonderful Stay over the Holidays!

Our family really enjoyed staying here over the holidays as we visited with our Nashville family. The house layout and location were perfect for us. Everything about the house was as advertised, and communication was excellent.

Great Place to Stay!

Overall, it perfectly fit our needs for a Bachelor party weekend. It was close enough to downtown that we could enjoy the nightlife, and had a cute series of shops and restaurants 2 blocks away. I would recommend this place to anyone with a larger group!

Perfect stay

I really enjoyed my stay here! Everything was so clean and is very stocked up of everything you would need. The host Amy was extremely nice and helpful. I would most definitely book here again.

Great House

Really enjoyed our stay here! The house is sneaky big with plenty of space but still cozy. HUGE backyard. Recent renovations were done really well. Short 12-15 min drive to downtown. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay-would stay again

This house was in a perfect location for all adventures we had planned in Nashville. Plenty of space for 10 adults and truly within a few miles of groceries and broadway..the train was a bit loud at night for us coming from small town Eastern WA state but overall great experience and would recommend.
