This home completely exceeded our expectations. The pictures truly don’t do it justice. From the moment you walk in, the floor-to-ceiling views are just stunning and immediately set the tone for the entire stay. The house itself is spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and having a bathroom for every bedroom made everything feel even more convenient and private. It really had everything we needed and more. The outdoor space was just as impressive. The pool and hot tub area were beautiful and relaxing, and we loved being able to watch TV right from the pool. One of our favorite parts was spending time on the dock fishing and taking in the peaceful canal views. We genuinely did not want to leave. It’s one of those places that feels special the second you arrive. The host was also fantastic—very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stunning, relaxing getaway.

Perfect family vacation home

The house was perfect for our family vacation. The inside of the house was very clean and exactly how it looks in the pictures online. The patio was my favorite part of the house, it was perfect for my family to enjoy the pool, grill some food, and relax. The location was in a great neighborhood and was only a few minute drive to the grocery store and other shops. I highly recommend staying at this house for your visit to Cape Coral.

Beautiful house

The property was exactly as pictured. Everything was newly updated and very clean. Pool and spa are beautiful. Their are beach towels available for you to use. The only negative is the distance to the beach. It is about 18 miles to Fort Myers beach, but with traffic it can easily take an hour to get there.

Beautiful Home

Great stay in a new, clean and beautiful home. A bit smaller than the pictures portray, but the layout is efficient and we had plenty of space for everyone. Sure would love a way to fire up those jet skis in the backyard, maybe a way to incorporate into rental and allow tenants to rent. Neighborhood is quiet with little nearby, but that is what we were looking for. Overall met and exceeded our high expectations.

Thank you for choosing to stay at Villa Cape Escape in Cape Coral Florida. We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. The home is 3,030 sq. ft. of living space with over 1,500 addition outdoor screened patio space. We actually did have jet skis available for rent at another property, unfortunately guests did not take care of them during their stays and the maintenance of them was just overwhelming.

The house was lovely, and the location was amazing and beautiful. It was very clean and neat. The property management was prompt in responding to our needs. However, there were a couple of issues. Some were resolved immediately, while others took a few days, and some were not resolved at all. The main issue was with the pool. We couldn't access or control it properly because the main controller, an iPad, wasn't working correctly, so we couldn't control the lighting. The pool heating was inconsistent, working sometimes but not others, which was inconvenient since my family loves to swim and we specifically chose the house because of the pool. On the second day of our stay, the toilet in one of the bathrooms wouldn't flush. It took four days for the plumber to return, order the necessary part, and replace it. By that time, our vacation was almost over. In the other bathroom, the drain was clogged, and water was accumulating, but that issue was fixed on the same day. The garage door would open by itself without us operating it, which was strange. The remote control for the TV outside didn't work, but these were minor issues. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Accommodations were excellent, but do not expect response from mgmt or homeowners if any issues.

We rented this property over Christmas with our two twenty-something year olds, and entertained extended family over the course of the week. The home and property are beautiful! It is new, perfectly decorated, bright and cheerful, and wonderfully laid out. The kitchen is well-equipped for entertaining, and instructions on equipment easy to follow (just make sure to read them via emails sent and on location). The outdoor space is gorgeous! The neighborhood is not very attractive and without sidewalks in quite a few areas. Lots of construction in the area. We have rented many vacation homes over the years, and this is first one that you literally had to bring/buy any and all disposable items you will use...garbage bags, laundry soap, dishwasher detergent, soaps for bathrooms, napkins, tissues, ziplock baggies, saran wrap, etc. Shampoo and conditioner would be usual items, but this was a bit excessive given they want you to run the dishwasher with the dirty dishes before you leave and start the process of laundering the bedding. The owners keep their truck parked in the driveway. No one mentioned this to us, so we weren't sure if anyone was in the house still. That was odd. The other issues we had were with the pool and construction noise! The pool takes quite some time to heat. When I emailed management about it, I did not get a response back until I called. It ended up being such a process, that we did not use it all week. But the hot tub was great! The construction noise, was from the lot right next door to this property. Workers were constructing a pier, using a generator on a raft. It was very loud, lots of pounding, and zero privacy at the back of the house where the pool/hot tub are located. Usually rental properties will list this is the rental information, so renters are aware. The management company did not respond to my texts. When I finally reached them via phone, they stated that they were trying to contact the owners and would get back to me, which never happened. Communication and transparency needs to be better. Other than that, we had a wonderful time. Furniture is beautiful and comfy, and neigbhorhood and canal is quiet (when no construction). The only other thing that would have been wonderful is extra blankets for those chilly nights and/or a heat lamp outside.

Thank you for staying at Villa Cape Escape in Cape Coral, FL. We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay at this exceptional home. It was unfortunate regarding the construction next door which has since finished. All emails and phone calls were responded to immediately however we are unsure what the guest expected us to do about a neighbors activities on their own property. All pool take at least 24 hours to heat up especially with cold evenings, this is why we encourage guests to purchase pool heating prior to arrival so that we can start heating it prior to arrival.

Beautiful, spacious property with a modern, comfortable design and plenty of room for large groups. Convenient location about 30 minutes from the airport, with an easy circular driveway. The smart-home technology may appeal to tech-savvy guests, though some may prefer simpler systems. There were unfortunately several issues during our stay. Upon arrival, there were hundreds of flies in the garage and lanai due to garbage left behind from previous renters. We also found a leaking toilet in the master bathroom, though the property manager sent a plumber the same day and the issue was fixed quickly. On the third day, local utility work disconnected the internet, and it took five days to restore. Since many home features relied on Wi-Fi, this affected the TVs, pool/spa controls, heating, and lighting. Traveling with kids without internet or TV for most of the trip was challenging. There was also confusion with trash pickup instructions, leaving garbage outside for days in the Florida heat. The property manager remained communicative throughout, and the issues were eventually resolved, but the trip felt more stressful than relaxing due to constant troubleshooting and coordination. Despite the issues, we would still consider renting again. 7/10.

Semen, thank you for such a thoughtful and balanced review — and for your patience through what should have been a far smoother stay. You're absolutely right that the flies, the toilet, and especially the five-day internet outage from local utility work made the trip more stressful than relaxing, and we're sincerely sorry for that. We're glad our manager could get a plumber out same-day and stay in close contact throughout, and we've taken your notes on turnover cleaning and trash instructions to heart. We'd genuinely welcome the chance to give you the effortless Cape Coral getaway Villa Cape Escape is meant to be — thank you for being willing to return.
