perfect place for family vacation for our ages of 12 to 79! Kitchen was well stocked with items for cooking variety of meals. The pool was very close and the beach was with in walking/biking distance. Several people missed having a TV in the bedrooms.

Great stay

We had a great family vacation here! The house is so new & clean, and it has a great floorplan. My kids loved the bunk bed room. It was also really great to have access to the pool just a short (2 min) walk away.

Great for cozy bachelorette weekend!

This was the perfect spot for our group of 12 to enjoy a memorable lakefront bachelorette celebration. The house offered ample space for everyone to sleep comfortably and spread out, while the shared areas were ideal for group meals and gathering together. The kitchen was excellent, equipped with everything we needed, and the place was spotless!

Great family stay

Had a small family reunion here. Kitchen was fantastic for having everything needed for cooking/baking/serving. House is a bit loud (basement bedroom can hear what's going on upstairs, people walking, etc), but that's a comment about construction.

Great house, great time

Excellent home to spend the Thanksgiving holiday with family. The bedroom configuration, the openness of the floor plan and the proximity to downtown were all big pluses. I would have to dig very deep to find any negative.

Lots of room and close to downtown

Well decorated and laid out nicely for family gathering. Furnished and stocked for every need. Wow for the bedroom with 8 double bunk beds. Ping pong table in basement was a plus. Short walk to the park, the lake and downtown South Haven.

Wonderful for friends reunion

This was a great home for our weekend reunion. The house had plenty of space to congregate or get away. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the cooking implements you’ll need. The house is situated an easy walk to the beach or a slightly longer walk to downtown SH. We will consider this home again next year for our gathering.

Amazing Brand New Home!

This beautiful home is literally brand new! Newly constructed in a small new community the home has everything you could ask for. Plenty of space for the family, a community pool, fire pit, games, and more. A short walk to Kids Corner park and a short drive to the beach made this a great base for our family summer trip to Michigan.

Magical

Family gathered from Texas, San Francisco, Cincinnati, Port Huron, St Augustine and Ann Arbor for family reunion. House was perfect for those that had to put in some work hours. The sun room at the back was perfect for our puzzle table when it rained. Bring your bikes for a quick trip to the beach. No better place for a Lake Michigan vacation.

Very nice house in a lovely location

The house was perfect for our family of 11 people. Plenty of room, very clean, and nicely decorated. It is in a lovely neighborhood. We only rented it for two nights to celebrate Thanksgiving. Our plan was to watch football after Thanksgiving dinner. Unfortunately the basement tv was not working and the property manager was celebrating Thanksgiving, too, so we were unable to get any assistance in getting it working. We were surprised that they hadn't ensured that it was working before we checked in.

Lovely house

The house and the area were amazing. The space perfect for 8 of us. Pool great. Beach close. Loved the location. Well Stocked. The house had a great deal of animal hair. On carpets, furniture and comforters. The refrigerator was not working right and was freezing our food. The managing company was not responsive to my email or my first phone call. Finally responded second call back n Wednesday.

Thank you for your review, Davida. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the home and South Haven, but are surprised by your comments on our responsiveness, as it appears we had some form of communication with you on almost each day of your stay with us. We have shared your notes regarding the home cleanliness with our Housekeeping Team. In regards to the refrigerator, we did have someone from our team visit the home and adjusted the temperature settings, and after that, have not had any issues with the refrigerator.
