Great place!

We loved being right next to a beach access path. The rooms were very nice and our son liked the smart TVs for any rainy days. We would definitely book again if given the chance.

Great stay at the beach!

This was a great house for our beach getaway. Everything was clean. The kitchen all equipment worked great - above average for rental houses in my experience. We loved the ocean view and the easy walk across the uncrowded side road to the beach.

We chose this rental for ease of access for a mobility limited family member. The elevator was in good working order and the location was perfect for beach access- the boardwalk next to the house made getting to the public beach access a breeze, and the beach access has NO steps! The house was clean and comfortable with a well-supplied kitchen. The ocean was visible from the porches. Communication directly with the realtor/host was prompt and helpful, but the realtor website was difficult to navigate (but apparently this is in a transition to a new site, so hopefully will be fixed). 10/10 would recommend and would stay again!

Best beach house ever

The house was perfect. Clean, well furnished, inviting and only a minutes walk from beach. The covered back deck offered a view of the ocean and you could also hear it! Will definitely go back.

Lovely home

We loved the house, it was very comfortable and had everything needed for a nice stay. Beach access was easy and beach was wide and nice but shell free the week we stayed. Would recommend going into sneads ferry verses surf city. The environment in surf city was less than desireable, everyone is fighting for the same few unpaid parking spots in the whole town. We felt it was ridiculous to have to pay to park to visit their local gift shops where we were spending money.

Comfort

Very comfortable beds & furniture. I would bring patio pillows for patio chairs cause they’re a little rough. Size of house, parking & location was perfect. Kitchen stocked well for cooking. The elevator was a little wonky though it did work. Was a huge help to my sister on a walker. Short walk to beach. This was an older ladies trip so comfort was very important.

Wonderful

Home is very nice. Clean, location and access to the beach was amazing. Loved that it has an elevator. Very pleasant experience. Great communication with realty staff. To the owner specifically, thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home!

Great Vacation!

This property had an awesome view of the ocean. The place was immaculate and the kitchen was fully stocked. The rental's was exactly as the pictures. The elevator was a big help when unloading the suitcases and bringing in groceries.
