Kathy, Thank you for your feedback. We do apologize that the floors were a bit sandy during your vacation at the beach. Based on our notes, it does not look like you notified us of this when you checked in. Please note that we have staff available 24/7 to assist with any issues that arise. We would have been happy to send a cleaner out to remedy the situation right then and there.

I wish you had let us know about the sand and lightbulbs, as we are more than happy to come back and touch up any areas that may have been missed. We also hate to hear that you had trouble with the condo security, as this is the first report we have heard of problems since they installed a new system throughout earlier this year. Despite the problems, we are happy to hear that your experience was enjoyable and we look forward to welcoming you back soon.

Please note that we do have staff available 24/7 to assist with issues and we would have been happy to provide a cleaner to re-clean the property and remedy the situation had we known about these issues. Karen, We are aware that there were a few issues with the TV and cleanliness issues, and we completely understand how frustrating this can be. We are truly sorry and regret this negatively impacted your overall experience at this lovely home. We are glad that our maintenance tech was able to assist you with the TV issues and wish you would have given our hospitality team the change to remedy the cleanliness issues. We did provide some compensation for your issues and hope that you will visit again.

Julia, Thank you for your detailed feedback. We are happy that you enjoyed the beach access as well as the amenities and beds at the property. We appreciate you informing us about the icemaker and coffee maker so we can make sure these items are working for the next guests! Parking on the island is difficult as it is very limited. This condo complex was designed to have parking underneath and across the street which I know can be frustrating at times, but we are happy that the HOA allows for two parking spots whereas some complexes only allow one. We stress the importance of keeping your parking passes hanging in your car at all times due to the towing on the island. We are charged by the HOA for every pass, even though they are paper, so we have to charge the guest for passes if they are lost, etc. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope you will visit again soon!

Hi Leslie – We’re quite confused by your review. When you called and spoke with our office after your departure you did not mention any cleanliness issues with the shower during your stay. You only stated that the shower was clogged. We are happy to report that no issue with the drains were found. Please note that our Hospitality Department is avaible to all guests upon request, we wish we had the opportunity to address any cleanliness issues found. As for your remarks regarding a “hot tub”. This property is advertised as having a “kiddy pool” as you mentioned in your review, no hot tub is on site. The HOA of this beautiful ocean front complex handles the cleanliness and maintenance of the outdoor pool which is why the pool was unexpectedly closed for 3 days during your 7-day trip. We hope you took full advantage of the private beach access this complex has to offer, making finding your piece of paradise a breeze! Sounds like this complex did not suit your taste. No worries! When planning your next vacation to paradise, please make sure to browse our inventory as we have many other options that may better suit your needs. Kimberly - Confused by your review. We are unaware of any cleaning issues during your reservation. Did you know that our Hospitality Department is avaible to all guests upon request? We wish we would have had the opportunity to fix any issues you said you found. There is only 4 codes for guests to use while visiting Lime in the coconut, Condo front door access code, gate code (this is a private gated community), parking (you may park 1 vehicle under the building, or park in the overflow parking just across the street. You will have much more room to move), and the beach access code (private beach access for this complex not for public use). These codes are set by the condos HOA. Sounds like you would have been much happier staying at one of our townhomes or beach houses as those are not ran by HOAs and limit codes needed during stays. So when your planning your next vacation, make sure to browse our inventory as we have many other options that I think will better suit your next beach getaway!
