Pointes North Inn is one of Charlevoix's unique condominium suites that book like a hotel room. Book for the condo's privacy, stay for the hospitality.

This gorgeous condo boasts beautiful laminate flooring in the main living areas, tile in the bathrooms and kitchen, cozy carpet in the bedrooms, ceiling fans and plenty of lighting. In the loft-style upstairs bedroom you will find a luxurious king-size bed, a tv with a roku remote, beautiful bedside tables with modern lamps, a dresser, and a walk-in closet. The upstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower, separate toilet room, jet tub, and a vanity for extra storage! The living room offers a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa, a cozy arm chair, a tv with a roku remote, beautiful side tables, and an electric fireplace! There is dining space that seats 4, plus seating for 2 at the built in kitchen island. The large sized kitchen boasts plenty of storage and butchers block countertops. There is a 4 burner glass cooktop, oven, apartment sized fridge, 12 cup coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, tools for cooking and serving. The large downstairs bathroom offers a tiled shower/bath tub combo, toilet, and a beautiful vanity with granite countertop and lots of storage. The master bedroom displays a beautiful king size bed with a cozy cottage vibe, modern bedside tables, luggage rack, extra fan, plenty of storage and a tv. In the downstairs coat closet you will find the bedding for the sleeper sofa, iron and ironing board. In addition to the fabulous interior, through the sliding glass door you will find a 2 person seating and table arrangement on the balcony, which provides a stunning view of the Bridge! No need to worry about privacy, the curtains close fully.

We provide towels and mini soaps for your use, as well as limited daily housekeeping services. Be sure to ask the front desk if you need a playpen or high-chair if you bring your little one.

Pointes North Inn has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and coin-operated laundry on the second floor. The lobby area has seating which overlooks the heated indoor/outdoor pool. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the unit we stayed in at Pointes North Inn. First, the location is amazing, walkable to everything. I loved that the building is secure with keypads so you can only enter if you’re staying there. Our unit was spacious and CLEAN, we were thrilled with our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. We will absolutely be back to stay at this unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location in the summer when it is so busy downtown! This condo needs the rug washed, it was filthy. The cool air vent in the main floor bedroom is hung upside down providing a view of the hole in the wall from the bed. Easy fix!

This is a great property within walking distance of everything. The host communicated everything so well and I love that there is a front desk with someone on site to help. The property was clean and updated. It was perfect for our girls getaway. The only thing that is a little misleading is that this property has zero view of the water on than a little hint of Round Lake. Your balcony view is the street. Also, if you’re considering this property for the pool…look elsewhere. The outdoor pool is pretty much an oversized hot tub with space for about 3 people to sit poolside. The inside pool is only slightly larger and there’s a not so pleasant odor coming from that area. Those are the two reasons that this property was a 4 star for me; both of those things mattered to me, a lot. If neither are an issue for you, then this is a 5 star property.

We stayed 4 nights in this VRBO and shared it with another couple. It has a great location because restaurants, shops, and beautiful Round Lake and Lake Michigan are all within easy walking distance. And the Charlevoix lift bridge is just down the street. The only slight problem with the location is that the VRBO is right on US 31 so there is some truck noise during the week (but less on weekends.) Another slight negative is that the air conditioner is a mini-split wall unit located in the living room so, on a hot day, the first floor bedroom does not cool off unless the bedroom door is left open. The kitchen is small but, with all the nice restaurants in town, we did not cook a full meal in the kitchen. We would use this VRBO again.

Great location for loads of fun! Charlevoix did not disappoint. The area is plentiful with history, water, beaches, sunsets, great food, music, shopping and beverages. We had a blast!

The location of this property cannot be beat, we were within a few minutes walk of downtown, restaurants, and the beach. The pool was great for our daughter and we appreciated the cozy beds. Would definitely return here if we are able to visit Charlevoix again!
