211 Pointes North Inn is one of Charlevoix's unique condominium suites that book like a hotel room. Book for the condo's privacy, stay for the hospitality.

This luxurious condo boasts beautiful laminate flooring in the entry areas and kitchen, tile in the bathrooms, cozy carpet in the bedrooms and living room, ceiling fans and plenty of lighting. In the loft-style upstairs bedroom you will find a luxurious king-size bed that converts to 2 twin beds, a twin size trundle bed, a smart tv with a roku remote, beautiful bedside tables, a dresser, and a walk-in closet. The upstairs bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower, separate toilet room, and a modern vanity that offers extra storage! The living room offers a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa, a couple cozy arm chairs, large smart tv with a roku remote, beautiful side tables, and an electric fireplace! There is dining space that seats 4 that overlooks the balcony. The full sized kitchen boasts plenty of storage and granite countertops. There is a 4 burner range, full size fridge, 12 cup coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, tools for cooking and serving. The large downstairs bathroom offers a bathtub/shower, toilet, and a beautiful vanity with granite countertops. The master bedroom displays a beautiful king size bed, plenty of storage and a smart tv. In the closet you will find the bedding for the sleeper sofa, iron and ironing board, a broom and dustpan. In addition to the fabulous interior, through the sliding glass door you will find a 4 person seating and table arrangement on the balcony provides a stunning view of the Bridge!

We provide towels and mini soaps for your use, as well as limited daily housekeeping services. Please ask the front desk if you need a high-chair or playpen.

Pointes North Inn has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and coin-operated laundry on the second floor. The lobby area has seating which overlooks the heated indoor/outdoor pool. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Pre-July 4th Get away

We came up the weekend before July 4th. Location was fantastic, a very short walk to downtown, a bit longer to walk down to the beach for the sunsets. We drove the couple of blocks only because it was cold. This condo was on the second floor overlooking Bridge Street, in a pet friendly room. We had coffee on the balcony each morning. It was very nice and we enjoyed watching all the activity as we drank our coffee. The condo was clean and comfortable with lots of thoughtful little things to make our say better. Thank you to our host! We did bring our dog for the weekend which was great, but the front desk wasn't aware we'd made arrangements to do so. It all worked out. A management company handles the front desk and advertises "a fireplace and jacuzzi in every room", it was a stretch but ok it was there. Would we stay here again? Absolutely.

Stairways need to be replaced

The location was great but we probably wouldn’t stay here again. The stairs at both ends of the building were rickety and I was not comfortable walking up and down them. Every step felt like our feet were going to push through the old boards. In the future, I’ll look for rentals with a private entrance. Some noise in the hallway at night. Walk in tub is nice if you need it but cumbersome if you don’t. AC vents in master bedroom need to be cleaned.

Lovely loft condo. The downstairs bathroom has a shower and the walk-in type tub for those who need to sit and bathe. Multiple pillow types on beds. Comfy beds. Nice bedding. View is of Main St . Half a block from water.

Weekend away

This condo was very welcoming. It was so comfortable and clean. It was very well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. It was very quiet and relaxing . While we were there, we went to the Jordan Valley glass Works, and made a hand blown glass Hummingbird feeder! That was amazing!

We really appreciated the cleanliness of our condo and the friendly staff. This roomy location allowed us to help my niece with putting together last minute details for her wedding. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix a couple of meals for ourselves during our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we return to beautiful Charlevoix!

I found making the reservation by telephone easy and check in was done remotely as we did not arrive in Charlevoix until 2am due to cancelled flight from London to Chicago. Our only problem was the lack of a taxi service in the town as we had no car.

What a gem!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, marina, yet very quiet. Only problem was checkin wasn’t until 4pm. Pool and front desk closed at 6pm. 2 hours isn’t much time to enjoy the pool. But since our arrival was 6:30, we didn’t get to use it at all.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed in the condo for 2 nights. You are basically right in downtown, we were able to walk to the lighthouse/beach. Everything was very clean. In the full kitchen, there were dishes and basic things like paper towels and dish soap. The kids enjoyed the jetted hot tub in the main bathroom. There is a workout room with basic equipment like a treadmill and elliptical. The pool area was incredibly clean and they kept the water at 82 degrees so mom could even swim! It was very nice. I would definitely stay here again!
