Pointes North Inn is one of Charlevoix's unique condominium suites that book like a hotel room. Book for the condo's privacy, stay for the hospitality.

This gorgeous, nautical themed condo boasts beautiful laminate flooring in the main living areas, tile in the bathroom and kitchen, cozy carpet in the bedroom, ceiling fans and plenty of lighting. In the loft-style upstairs bedroom you will find a luxurious king-size bed, a tv with a roku remote, beautiful bedside tables, alarm clock/radio, a dresser, a walk-in closet, and a stackable washer/dryer to feel more at home. The upstairs bathroom has a beautifully tiled shower and floor, there is a vanity offers extra storage! The living room offers a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa, a cozy arm chairs, large smart tv with a roku remote, beautiful side tables, an electric fireplace, other entertainment! There is dining space that seats 3 at the built in kitchen island. The full sized kitchen boasts plenty of storage and granite countertops. There is a 4 burner glass cooktop range, full size fridge, 12 cup coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, tools for cooking and serving. The large downstairs bathroom offers a bathtub/shower, toilet, and a beautiful vanity with marble countertop, and wood flooring. The master bedroom displays a beautiful king size bed with a cozy cottage vibe, plenty of storage and a smart tv. The luggage racks and hamper in the closet complete the welcoming theme. In the downstairs coat closet you will find the bedding for the sleeper sofa, iron and ironing board, 2 canvas chairs in bags and a couple board games. In addition to the fabulous interior, through the sliding glass door you will find a 4 person seating and table arrangement on the balcony provides a stunning view of the Bridge! No need to worry about privacy, the curtains close fully.

We provide towels and mini soaps for your use, as well as limited daily housekeeping services.
Pointes North Inn has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and coin-operated laundry on the second floor. The lobby area has seating which overlooks the heated indoor/outdoor pool. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Great location. Pool was a major draw but it wasn’t available. AC didn’t work. WiFi password was not displayed in the condo. It’s a comfortable place for a small family.

We completely understand why the pool being unavailable was disappointing, especially if that was a major reason you chose the property. We’re sorry that amenity wasn’t accessible during your stay. We’re also very sorry the AC didn’t work. That should have been addressed immediately, and we’re having maintenance inspect the system to ensure it’s fully operational for future guests. Thank you as well for noting the WiFi password was not displayed in the condo. That’s an easy fix, and we’re updating the in-unit information so network details are clearly posted and easy to find. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. Your feedback helps us correct issues quickly, and we’d welcome the chance to provide a smoother, more comfortable stay next time.

Cozy, roomy functional stay!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo!! Clean, cozy, had everything I needed. Check in was easy, Kristine was friendly and helpful. Received plenty communications to know where to go when I arrived and how to gain access to the unit. Will definitely stay here again. I would recommend replacing carpeting in the common areas especially the stairs. Unit was absolutely fabulous.

Location was wonderful, beds were very comfortable. My only complaint would be that the living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable. The couch was hard like a piece of ply wood and we couldn’t sit on it for very long before having to get up and move around. This place would be perfect if it had some comfy overstuffed furniture to relax on after being out and about all day.

The location is perfect. Walkable to beach and town. Unit was cute and clean and staff was friendly. Had a wonderful time

Great location

The location was perfect. The rooms are showing some wear but were adequate except the sink in the main floor bathroom would not drain.

Great stay in Charlevoix

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved staying at Pointes North. Our condo was super cute, very clean and the location was great for walking everywhere. The best thing however, was the staff. They are all so friendly and very helpful and it just made our trip that much better! Would definitely recommend a stay.

Great little condo

This property was in a great location right in the middle of the town. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The unit was very cute and clean!

Wonderful location and staff

The location could not be more ideal. You’re within walking distance to anything you could want downtown. The condo was set up perfectly for two couples. There’s a nice little living space and a great deck to enjoy the views of Charlevoix. The best part of the facility was the manager at the front desk who was so friendly and helpful!

An old condo complex they have worked hard to make look decent

Porch furniture is needing some care and the kitchen could use a few more supplies, but other than that it was great!
