Renovated Townhouse With Private Beach Access!

Gulf & Bay Club Bayside is a Resort complex of Key West style Town Homes all with one car attached garages. Gulf & Bay Club Bayside offers :

*two heated pools
*clubhouse with exercise/workout center and sauna
*two lighted tennis courts
*fishing pier
*walking paths
*picnic areas with Weber gas grills
* private deeded beach access

Siesta Key has been voted top beach in the nation. Recognized for its white sands beaches and low key, relaxing beach vibes. We recently have had extensive renovations throughout our condo. We are excited to share it with you. Our condo is 1100 sq ft of indoor / outdoor living with private beach access. The master bedroom includes king-sized bed, a walk-in closet and double marbled topped vanity with walk in shower. Guest bedroom includes queen bed with closet. Updated guest bathroom, equipped with shower and tub with marble topped vanity. Kitchen updated with new cabinetry and granite counter tops, updated appliances and is fully equipped with kitchenware. Sleeps six people maximum, note the extra charge for more than four people on rate-notes page. Both bedrooms have new SMART TV’s (Access to Netflix, Youtube, etc.). All linens included and beach towels. Laundry area located within the condo with washer and dryer. Screened Lanai is accessible from the Living room. The house is maintained and updated to the utmost - towels, sheets, furniture, flooring, etc. Living room has a sleeper in front of an entertainment center with a 65” LED Flat SMART TV. A total of 3 HD SMART tvs with full cable and. FREE HIGH-SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET AND PHONE.

Only about 1.5 mi from the village filled with restaurants, bars, shops and groceries. A short walk to private beach access as well as a short walk to the public beach which contains, BBQs, covered picnic table, showers and playground. Directly located across community pool. Inter-coastal fishing access directly located in walking distance to condo. It's the perfect unit, with the perfect location, in the perfect beach. Top rated Gulf coast beach.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location with private access to the beach as well as public beach access close by. Super clean unit, well stocked. Free trolley runs up the main road on a frequent basis.

Great place with private beach access within a 10 minute walk! Quiet gated complex and the unit is right next to the pool. We stayed for a week and went to the beach and downtown Siesta Key everyday. We saw two dolphins and a manatee swim right past us in the ocean one day. Other than a small issue with the trash being out too early with the HOA or management company we had a great time! We will definitely be back.

Great location. Beach is a short walk and the pool is right across the street. Tons of places to eat and drink within a 5 minute trolly ride. Only problem we had was with the instructions to get access to the private beach and how to lock our front door. It was resolved in a timely manner.

Beautiful

It was a great two weeks lovely condo to return home to every day. The guestroom is a little bit on the small side. The owners are terrific to work with so helpful and personable. Sarasota is a great place and Siesta key is fun.

Gorgeous condo near pond and fountain

We loved the unit everything was lovely and clean. In between Crescent beach and the village. Master suite windows is open to the lanai, it’s bright and sunny. The second room is a bit small but comfortable.

Siesta key condo

Overall a very nice condo. Second bedroom had no storage for clothing. Would recommend getting rid of tv on wall since there already is one in the corner and put a dresser in the room. Great location. Right across from pool.

Nice Couple Getaway!

I booked our getaway a bit late and found this property. Our stay was wonderful. We spent each morning on the back porch drinking our coffee and enjoying the weather. We biked each day and spent many hours reading a good book on the beach! John was very responsive to our needs!!!!!!!

Bayside condo

The unit was well stocked with beach wagon, had camp chairs and an umbrella and cooler-we bought three beach chairs and a full size coffee pot and left them at the unit. The owner was very responsive to questions. Easy walk to the beach…only once a day as it is 0.5 miles each way-beautiful weather, easy trip to Lido key, Siesta Key village-we enjoyed paddle boarding near turtle beach😀

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Nice location, very comfortable. Property very clean and safe, both unit itself and community which it is in. Appreciated the amenities available like beach toys, towels, nice sets of linens, well appointed kitchen. Some broken things, as typical of rental properties: door handle, both TVs in guest room, bedroom fan. Nothing that significantly affected our stay. I would rent here again.

We had a great time in this location! The condo is very nice and owner was very prompt with any needs. The complex is perfect with offering a nice neighborhood feel but yet close to the fun of Siesta Key!

An enjoyable family stay

We really enjoyed our family's stay (6) at this property. Everything was clean and the location was great. Only steps away from the large community pool and a short 5-8 min walk away from the private beach! The provided wagon, beach chairs, toys, etc made the beach trip that much more easy and enjoyable. We also took advantage of one of the six Weber grills and tennis/pickle ball courts that community had to offer. Check-in and Check-out were super easy and John was very responsive with any questions we had. The next time we consider a trip back to Siesta Key - we'll definitely check this property out!

We love a couple hours from Siesta Key. Siesta Key is our home away from home as it has many family memories here. Our two boys love it here. We love to extend the love we have for Siesta Key to others.

After a friend's introduction to Siesta Keys, we fell in love immediately. Siesta keys is a beautiful and quaint beach town that is our perfect get away. The Gulf and Bay Club specifically, was love at first sight. It is a well kept and beautiful community in walking distance to water all around literally! When we came across an opportunity, we could not pass it up. We are excited to extend this home to visitors to experience the joy of Siesta Key.

Siesta Key exudes relaxation and beauty. We truly are at the utmost happiness and relaxing mood when we come to Siesta Key. SK is a low key beach town that offers an inviting feel. We love the village to get a feel of the local restaurants, bars and shopping. The free rides SK has to offer makes transportation a breeze. There are a ton of shopping and dining offered nearby to SK as well within a little drive.
