This is a nice 2 bedroom condo and they provide items that you need for staying. It is a second floor condo so make sure that you are aware of that. Screened in balcony is nice for sitting outside.

The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was less than 20 minutes to everything Charleston has to offer. Cozy and perfect for a long weekend in the Holy City!

The beds were comfortable. The new HVAC system only worked the first day. We woke up to a temperature of 78 the next day. Communication with the owner was good until this last problem. Due to no air conditioning, we chose to sit on the screen porch around 1030pm. One of our 2 puppies suddenly became limp. He was moaning and his tongue was hanging out of his mouth. Off to the emergency vet we went at almost midnight. After being examined by the the vet they determined that he had been exposed to an opioid. They gave him a shot of narcan and he immediately responded. He had to stay overnight until 830am the next morning. This cost us1500. The host stopped responding after I told him what happened. We had inspected the porch during the daytime. We did not see anything that would hurt the puppies. And we do not use opioids or any other drugs. Also the neighborhood was not very safe.

This condo listing is an upstairs unit.This listing is a good, budget-friendly option, especially for pet owners, but there was one detail that isn't shared in the description. It is up a steep set of stairs. The one photo of the screened-in porch is taken from a perspective that makes it difficult to tell that the porch is on the second floor. The condo is good as a place to rest your gear and your head. The location is great as it is central to shopping, entertainment and sightseeing. The neighborhood seemed quiet overall. Linens and towels were abundant and they have extra toiletries mounted in the showers if you forgot your soap or shampoo. The HVAC was working perfectly the entire time we were there. There were green spaces right down the stairs for pets to do their business and they even had pet supplies on the fridge if you forgot a bowl or a brush. The kitchen had a good number of amenities including a coffee maker, a keurig, dishes, utensils, and cookware, but lacked a toaster or lids for the cookware. The living room was spacious and the furniture was comfortable.Overall, our stay was good, but the unit has room for improvement. Those suggestions have been communicated directly with the host as they weren't emergent.
