We appreciate your feedback. We are disappointed the condo floor plan and the complex's set up did not fit your family. We do our best to describe the location, the unit, and provide detailed photos. WiFi bouncing can happen anywhere however if we are notified; we will work with the provider to try to get that fixed ASAP during your stay.
