Very nice and quiet unit, just 3 min walk from the beach, close to great restaurants. Well remodeled and nicely equipped. Had a great time, and will be back.

Great little getaway

Very well equipped with everything we needed for a shoort stay, and only 2 blocks from the beach. The inside furnishings were very nice and clean. We would enjoy staying again next spring

This rental was perfect! A short walk to the beach and had all the necessities. Everything was very clean and recently updated. Kristen checked in with us to make sure we were happy with everything which was really nice. When staying in Clearwater area, we will be back to Indian Rocks!

Perfect location

We loved staying at this place. It was perfect for just our little family and we loved the short walk to the beach. It was a quiet town which was perfect for us. Easy to get to St Pete beach or Clearwater or any other beach town between.

Great place. Very clean, and close to everything. Management company was great to deal with as well!! Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Great for a sisters trip

Convenient location to Indian Rocks Beach. An easy walk to the beach and to some local shops and restaurants. Unit was clean/nicely decorated and owner provided nice toiletries for a weekend trip!

Mini Getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay the area was quiet and peaceful. We’ve stayed in IRB many times before l. The house was perfect it was super clean would definitely recommend.

Wonderful beach stay

Loved staying at this duplex for an adult family vacation. It very convenient to walk to the beach and getting around Indian Rocks Beach. The indoor and outdoor space was very cozy and perfect for 3 people. Definitely recommend!

Rememberable vacation!

This place has everything you need and them some!!! Location, two separate rooms with a nice shower ,out back has a shower to rinse the sand and salt off before you come in!!! Really love the short walk to beach!!!!

Great place with beaches to walk to

Easy Parking at the vacation home, then walk to restaurants, beaches, even a small grocery store not too far away. Rent your beach equipment at IRB Chairs, to make it perfect. They checked in with me, everything was perfect. Had everything I needed.

First Trip to Indian Rocks Beach

We had an awesome time. The place was very clean when we arrived and had all the kitchen essentials we needed. Really enjoyed sitting on the back patio in the peace and quiet. Will definitely be returning to this area.

Enjoyable stay

This VRBO was neat and clean, and situated in a pleasant neighborhood within walking distance of a lovely beach. While amenities were adequate, they were not numerous. Pictures of outside of VRBO and closeness to beach were somewhat misleading. However, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the condo overall.

Great stay

Took us a few tries to figure out the front lock, but we eventually got it. Very accurate description. Very clean and had all the essentials. Didn’t spend a whole lot of time there but when we did we enjoyed it. Less than a five minute walk to the beach, which was perfect. Many restaurants and shops to walk to.

Clean, cozy, quiet

Wife and I were so sad to leave this place! Agree 100% with other reviews about convenience, cleanliness and comfort. Also very quiet. Quite private even though it's part of a duplex. (The listing says patio is "shared" but actually it's thoroughly partitioned off from the other side.). Finally, if you prefer quaint cottages and family-owned businesses to high-rises and mega-chains, then Indian Rocks is one of the nicest beach communities in FL.

Family in town

We had family in town and needed a little extra space. The place was quaint. The only issue we had was it was a little dirty. Especially on the couch area. The faucet in the bathroom shower was about to fall out of the wall. Probably want to get someone to fix that. There was a sofa bed but no sheets for it.

Hi Tara, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that’s clean, comfortable, and fully ready for their stay. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- Sheets for the sleeper sofa were stored in a container underneath the bed for guest use.- We didn’t receive any communication during your stay about the concerns you mentioned, but we would’ve been happy to address them right away had we known.- The bathroom faucet has since been checked and has been repaired to ensure it's secure for future guests.Thanks for your valuable feedback.
