VEHICLE MAXIMUM: 2 vehicles (includes golf carts, boat trailers or any other recreational vehicles)
PETS ARE ALLOWED: 1 Pet, 35lbs MAX.
WRISTBANDS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS DURING MARCH & HOLY/EASTER WEEK.

Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Everyone occupying the rental must be at least 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted. Identification of Each Guest must be presented at check-in. Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the home and will not be eligible for a refund. This rule does not apply to family groups or otherwise approved by an SPI Rentals employee.

Saida III #402 overlooks its' splendid, beach front playground and welcomes you to retreat in a soothing pallet of light, coastal colors. Comfortably furnished and tastefully accessorized surroundings open to scenic Gulf views while a broad balcony beckons you outside to enjoy fresh ocean breezes. Vacation meals are convenient to prepare in a roomy, fully equipped kitchen that opens to the dining and living areas. An oversized master bedroom hosts a king sized bed and the guest bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed completing accommodations for four. Two full baths complete the conveniences of this functional, cozy beach retreat.

Wonderful Stay

What a wonderful place to stay! Unit was very clean and very nice. Just as the pictures showed it. The condo property was very well kept. Nice warm pool. Easy access to restaurants and the free bus. Everyone was very friendly. Office staff were very easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was perfect

We love staying with SPI Rentals, they're so friendly and kind with us. Everything was perfect, the kitchen and grill were perfectly equipped. The location is perfect, near to many restaurants.

Awesome Stay

Went to South Padre for family vacation. Condo & complex felt like home with a gorgeous view. We will definitely be staying again and recommending to family and friends. Great view of the gulf and beach. Ejoyed the activities on the tennis courts and pools all from the balcony. Loved the open concept of the unit, great coastal furnishings, very clean and updated. Restaurants very close by.

We had such an amazing experience with SPI Rentals and this condo! We loved how close it was to the beach and pools!! And loved that this condo had a grill ☺️Our kids had a blast!! We also had the AC go out and they were so quick to fix it :) Even with rainy weather for one day, we had a blast shopping and still swimming! We plan to come to this location for the future!!! Thank you Ken Kieffer and SPI Rentals!

The condo was in a great location beautiful views! This was not recently remodeled though. Could definitely use an update especially in furniture they were musty smelling. The sofa couch was decades old. We did enjoy our time though and even with all that we would stay here again.

Master bathroom water smells like a sewer. Extremely foul. Master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. Very bowed. Internet very poor. Great location and a beautiful condo. We loved our stay.

Another perfect beach week

Perfect location and amenities at Saida. Room was clean as always. Property was well maintained. The new check-in system was much easier and convenient. The view is excellent. We have stayed here nearly 5 summers and are very pleased with our experience.

Mothers Day weekend 2022

I dont usually leave reviews, but this Condo deserves it! We rent condos often and when I saw that this one had been newly remodeled we decided to rent it for Mothers' Day weekend starting on Thursday. This condo was so clean and the best equipped condo I have ever rented. Right down to every detail, including little electric choppers and every kitchen utensil you would ever need for a gourmet chef! Usually beds in condos are ok, but this bed was more than that. Very comfortable. I also loved the view in the mornings while drinking my coffee. We have a chihuahua and they even have a mesh on their balcony which I appreciate for my tiny fur baby could easily slip through those bars but they made sure. Whoever equipped this condo needs an A+ for the attention to details! Thanks for a great stay. May 2022

Thanksgiving Week in SPI

Had a great week of Thanksgiving Break in South Padre. The condo we stayed in was well equipped in most area however there were a few things that were lacking I.e., no broom to clean up any sand that made it in the condo, not enough trash bags for a weeks’ stay. If the pool area doesn’t supply beach towels poolside it would be really nice if they were supplied by the rental company.

South Padre Island getaway

Good communication with renters. Unit was clean and well equipped, good wifi/cable, perfect location, great access to pools and beach. Would definitely rent again. Only recommendation would be to change bedspreads for something new. Thank you for a great weekend getaway!

Amazing place to stay in SPI

This is the room to stay in at this complex, everything was labelled in the kitchen, the place was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable! The guarded entrance made you feel safe on the property. Our next trip to SPI will hopefully include another stay in this suite
