Use the private access to the beach right in front of the building to enjoy the best that the South Padre Island beachfront has to offer. All this within walking distance of the shopping and restaurants of Padre Blvd - the main thoroughfare of South Padre Island.
The master suite and living areas feature plantation shutters that open to the full view of the Gulf of Mexico. The master suite has a king size bed and private bath. With two twins in the second bedroom and a quality sofa sleeper in the living room, this condominium is furnished to accommodate up to six overnight guests comfortably.
The grounds of the Saida Resort are beautifully landscaped and offer 3 swimming pools, 3 hot tubs, tennis courts and a poolside "Snack Shack" and Palapa bar. Also for your convenience, the Saida Royale front desk provides tennis rackets and balls. The complex is gated with 24 hour security. For inside entertainment there are TV's in each room.
If you choose to cook in and dine with a view, you will enjoy a kitchen that is fully equipped with everything that you need. A washer and dryer conveniently located in the building and parking close to the elevator make this the perfect location for your South Padre Island getaway!
