Modern property in close proximity to the beach and many restaurants. Host was helpful and quick to respond to all inquiries, seemed very dedicated to ensuring we had a great experience.

Property was clean and had everything needed for a great stay. Short walk to the beach and the unit had chairs and umbrella available for use. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Spot

We loved our stay. Cottage is beautifully furnished and decorated. Short walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Already booked our return trip

Very clean. very effective communication. We even ran out of paper towels during our stay, and they brought them to us. Highly recommend!!

Such a comfortable home. Kitchen is perfect size and well equipped. Outdoor space is beautiful with many seating options. Located in a peaceful neighborhood.

Great cottage and great location

This property is a gem. Plenty of room, very well laid out, close to the beach, the south end shops and an easy drive to the Village. We really enjoyed everything about it.

Perfect location in Siesta Key!

Beautiful condo and pool. The location is perfect. The outdoor patio/seating area was used very often - it was great! Thank you from our group of 9 (we had both units).

Girls trip.

We throughly enjoyed our stay, the unit was in our preferred neighborhood and close to our favorite restaurants and bars as well as the beach. I’ve stayed at many properties in this area and this one was my favorite. Looking forward to booking for next year.

The Ravinos

The property was just as it looks in the listing, very clean nothing run down everything you need for cooking. So close to the beach, the pool was nice. Very quiet we had a nice stay.

Nice and cozy

Super cute and extremely clean cottage. Perfect place for a girls trip or family rental. Perfect walking distance from beach, trolly stop and a few restaurants. Used their discount ticket for the dolphin tour. Only thing we missed was the outside closet with the beach chairs and laundry room.. our fault for not exploring 😂

Family Retreat

This was the perfect set up for our family! Down to every detail - including all the beach accessories we could need! We appreciated having ice cube trays. We would definitely come back again! Great retreat for grand-parents on one side, daughter, son-in-law & grandkids on the other. Thank you!

Wedding / Vacation

This cottage was beachy beautiful! Very impressed. Very clean and comfortable. We did arrive early and were welcomed in. Just a small suggestion, if they would have had a can opener, plastic glasses, pens and paper and more toilet paper would have been nice. Couldn’t figure the programming on the coffee pot. But definitely would give it 5 stars. Awesome place to stay!

Siesta Key Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lulu Crescent Cottage #1. The property surpassed our expectations, with its tasteful beach-inspired decor and serene ambiance. The outdoor covered area was a delightful spot to unwind in the evenings, and the girls (aged 11 and 12) had a blast in the pool when they weren't at the beach. We were grateful for the abundance of beach essentials provided and the grilling area. Parking was also very nice! Our interactions with the host/managing person were consistently helpful and timely. We even extended our stay for an additional night, which was facilitated seamlessly. We would undoubtedly book this home again in the future. Thank you, Lulu Crescent Cottage #1, for a wonderful experience!

This location was amazing. We were very close to the beach. Parking was easy. My only complaint is that one of the bathrooms had a window that didn't fully close and it was closer to the pools, so we could hear the neighbors in the pool a bit louder than we would have liked. The window didn't budge open or closed, so we didn't feel unsafe. It wasn't a big enough problem to ruin the experience, though, and we would definitely stay here again.

Everything was good about this property except the breezeway has a 2” step up to laundry room that runs the length of the floor and that was not clearly marked and my wife broke her big toe and 1st metatarsal bone in her left foot. That needs to be clearly marked and/or a rubber strip should be added so those accidents can be avoided. Besides that it was a perfect location n property to enjoy a beach stay.
