This house was great for our family of five. We enjoyed the bedrooms and living space. The dining seating had enough seats for the people it could sleep! We utilized the outdoor space quite a bit and enjoyed having our dogs be able to join us. The kitchen was decently equipped for our needs. The walk to the beach was very easy. We also liked the ability to walk to the park and restaurants in the pier area. Would recommend for a single family beach trip. Not enough space for multiple families.

Our family had a wonderful time here! The house is lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. Love the easy beach access. Hope to return next year!

Location to Ocean Isle Beach is GREAT!! However the description and pictures of the unit are a bit dated......there is nothing NEW in this house. Beach chairs and deck furniture are either broken or rusted. Couch in the living area is stained and we experienced bugs in the kitchen.

I am sorry that you had this experience. As stated, the house is sprayed monthly and it was just sprayed. The outside of the house has all been renovated. The inside was renovated a few years back.

Another great stay at this house! Two families stayed in the house and it worked very well. Love the dock out back and the proximity to the beach.

The house has an excellent location. Really enjoyed the stay off season. Excellent value given the proximity to the beach and shops. I would definitely rent this again.

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. Host had excellent communication, house was as expected, and we loved every minute. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. We enjoyed hanging out on the dock and it was a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

This pet friendly rental was perfect with a fenced in back yard. Beds and furniture was comfy and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the property provided a nice gas grill. Had a great stay and would recommend to others.
