Great little property, I highly recommend! Nice hot water for showers or bath, AC works great.The only thing I was confused about was that it says there’s a gym but it turns out there’s a gym in the area you’ll be staying, not at the actual place you’ll be staying (just mentioning this so others aren’t confused as well). I would definitely stay here again, and host was very responsive!

Very charming, welcoming space. All the things necessary for a comfortable stay were provided. Only caveat is it's on the bottom floor and you can hear the multiple tenants very early in the mornings. Other than that it was great.

Michael was a great communicator. The place was very clean, perfect location to the Beach and the bed was worth a great nights sleep! Highly recommend!

Overall this was a very nice stay and my husband and I had a great time here. Instructions were easy to follow and we had no issues. Place was well kept and had everything we needed and more. My husband cant live without ac and at first he was worried that the ac would not cool the unit enough for his liking but he was very happy it did when we got there. We will definitely stay here again!

Studio was neglected. It was not clean: bugs, outdoor area unkept. Owner was unavailable to contact until third day of stay. No Wi Fi for first three days if trip. Add said slept 3 but only couch for third to sleep in.

My apologies Dana for the wifi not being accessible, it was a rare situation which has been corrected. A nicer human being would have let me send you a message from the National Park hotel, but that would not be. Also, to clarify there was a cot in the bathroom closet that you must have laid eyes on. The blowup mattress appeared to have been moved to the bottom drawer of the dresser also and the pump for that was also in the bathroom closet. But thank you for staying and I hope you enjoyed the beach while you were there.

Great location, parking is easy, outdoor shower is cool. Needs a deep clean and to get rid of chipped dishes. Overall a nice stay.

First impression was not good; the outside patio is run down. Planters are overgrown with rotting fruit on the ground; foliage falling down; patio furniture was dirty and dated; and the beach stuff was just thrown under the stairs. No way does anyone want to use that stuff! It was gross. Parking was easy so that was a plus. Inside was not much better. Positive: The fridge was clean, king size bed was comfy, and studio offers everything you need. But, it reminds me of an early twenty-something bachelor pad. Mismatched furniture pieces, artwork, and dishes that are chipped/not matching. That's all stuff we can look past. Items we can't - the smell at first was musty but after closing the windows and running the AC for a few hours the smell was not as strong. There were four towels, one washcloth (yes one for two people) and two hand towels in the bathroom. Newer washer/Dryer in a side shed that was unkept but cleaned the washcloth and clothes we needed. Unit needs a deep clean. The siding glass door curtain had stains; all windows & sliding glass door tracks were filthy; looked like blood marks on the wall under the AC unit; and the outlet on that wall by the headboard needs replace as it's broken and falling apart. Neighbors are friendly and quiet; place seemed safe. We stayed two nights, took photos and they do not look like the ones used. Overall, location was good but I would not stay here again.

Great location. Enjoyed our stay. Cozy and comfortable. Good comminication with Michael. Loved walking to Sunset Beach and Teds Bakery. Close to many other north shore beaches, and there is an awesome standing food truck site with some amazing food choices just down the street.

Great place in a perfect location. Kids were there to surf so this was ideal for guys who just wanted to be in the water and eat at Ted's.

Great location close to beautiful beaches and well known eatery.

Enjoyed our visit to Sunset beach, beautiful location. Nice roomy studio apartment with amenities to make our stay comfortable. Quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy. Would have given five stars, except too many roaches to deal with!

Easy walk to the beach

Nice place, very comfortable. Loved walking to the beach to watch the surfers and the sunset. It wasn't a swimming beach but that was a close drive with a sandy beach.

Perfect spot

This was a great get away on the north shore. Close to beach and Ted’s amazing bakery. We used this as our home base to adventure for a few days. Great communication with Mike as well.
