Hi there, thank you so for sharing your feedback. I’m truly sorry that parts of your stay weren’t as comfortable as you hoped. Linens: Our listing and pre‑arrival information explain that we provide Pillows, blankets and comforters and guests bring their sheets and towels. I’m sorry this wasn’t clearer for you, we never want guests to feel surprised. Toilet paper: We provide a starter supply for each stay, and I’ll check in with my cleaning team to make sure the correct amount is always stocked. Beds and futon: Comfort can vary from guest to guest, but I appreciate you letting me know. We review all feedback as we update furnishings. Hot tub: The building manages the pool and hot tub, but I’ll pass your note along so they can look into it. I’m glad you enjoyed the location and the pool, and I truly appreciate you taking the time to help us improve. We just recently replaced the mattress, so your comment is the first we’ve received about it. Hi Nancy and thank your review. We were unaware there was an issue with the pool during your stay. Next time you come (which we hope you do), if you have any issues during your stay, you have my direct cell phone and can call or text me direct. You mentioned our unit is on the 3rd floor. Actually it is the 2nd floor. But I've updated our marketing to better highlight that the unit is the 2nd floor above the carport. Thank you for that observation and I hope this will clear up any possible confusion as to the units location.
