Cozy Hot Springs Vacation Rental on Lake Hamilton!

Thank you for the 4-star review and for highlighting our great location, comfortable bed, and excellent AC! We are glad you enjoyed your stay overall. We sincerely apologize for the disappointment regarding the complex pool. The building complex is currently undergoing necessary repairs and maintenance to improve the facility. While these external vendor delays were unexpected, we are working closely with the management team to ensure the pool is back open as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and feedback, and we would love to welcome you back once the updates are complete!

Hi Doris, we truly appreciate you sharing your thoughts about your recent stay. Your feedback is essential to us, and we've relayed your comments to the homeowner, who would like to address the following: -We greatly appreciate your feedback as it allows us to continually improve our services. It's important to us that our guests have a pleasant experience, and we take your concerns seriously. Regarding our condominium's pet rules, we do have strict guidelines in place, and we apologize if these were not adhered to during your stay. We understand the importance of upholding house rules, and we regret any inconvenience caused by other guests not complying with them. -In terms of the hot water issue, our building recently replaced the electric water heaters serving our one-bedroom units, including ours in Building "E," just two months ago. Rest assured, there should be no issues with hot water availability. -While our condominium may be older, we intentionally maintain its older-style charm. However, we recognize the importance of cleanliness and upkeep, and we will certainly pay closer attention and double-check our housekeeping staff during the cleaning process to ensure the highest standards are maintained. Our commitment to providing an exceptional stay remains steadfast, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests.
