Great neighborhood

The home was close to a lot of great eating places. We didn’t have to drive all over town.

Perfect Bachelorette Stay

The perfect place to host my bachelorette party! Every where we wanted to go was in walking distance or a quick uber ride away. We all felt very safe in regards to the location of the house! I had difficulty originally getting into the house because the front door look was jammed but customer service stayed on the phone with me and got me into the house via other entrance that we used for the remainder of our trip.

Friends trip

We enjoyed our time in Nashville but would not stay at this location again. The property was not clean, sheets and towels dirty and used. Could be a decent house but the beds were awkward and overall the place in run down.

Ants

There were ants everywhere. Hundreds of ants were in the kitchen and all the management company did was drop off ant spray. They also knew about it before we arrived, but did not tell us how bad it was.

We understand how upsetting it must have been to deal with that level of infestation, especially in a space meant for comfort. While we did drop off ant spray as an immediate remedy, we recognize that it did not adequately address the severity of the problem. Although we were aware of a minor ant presence prior to your arrival and took precautionary measures, we should have communicated more clearly if the issue had the potential to worsen. -GoodNight Stay
