We had a wonderful stay in Newport! The house was perfect for our family with a great patio you can relax on. The beach was steps away making this a perfect location for lots of beach fun. We would definitely recommend this place!

Beds good. Plenty of towels. Nice garage and washer and dryer. Great location, very quiet, liked that they had beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards, included shampoos, conditioner and soap, laundry detergent. A few negatives: very hot inside during a very hot week, had to sleep with the front sliding door open and it didn't have a lock on the screen door, thank goodness for 2 boxfans, the electrical had some surges could be concerning, other than that a great time.

Great property and great location. Property managers are responsive and easy to communicate with! It would be nice if there were a bit more comfortable seating in the living room and A/C, but other than that, everything was great! We'd stay there again.

Cute beach house

We enjoyed being so close to the beach. The house was very cute. The house had everything we needed to have an amazing mini vacation. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely place next to the beach

Clean, quiet and convenient. We enjoyed our 6 night stay here. 1 minute walk to the beach. Parking was never an issue (I did park in the small garage a few times).Ample hot water in the showers after ocean swimming. Well stocked kitchen, we prpared several meaks and grilled.

Fantastic Beach Getaway Vacation

This place was perfect for our needs, it was quiet, easily accessible, garage parking, room to spare for the three of us. We felt very safe. We were able to easily drive to visit family and friends, and close to beach when we were able to just enjoy our time off. Fortunately close to Hoag Hospital for that unexpected trip to the ER (all is well.) I'd love to stay here again.

Great!

Great location just steps from the beach, easy check in and out and very clean! Kids loved the beach toys and boogie boards! Would have loved to have additional beach towels available being that we are from out of town but listing was upfront about what was available and what wasn’t so definitely not something we were expecting :) would definitely stay with Burr White again!

Close to the beach

This was a great clean area of Newport. The beach was super close and was super easy going back and forth to get things. My Toyota Sequoia was able to fit in the garage so that was nice. Had a washer and dryer in the garage which was great. Disneyland was only 20 min away. Place was updated and clean. Really loved this paly and it was the perfect trip. Thanks!

Lovely stay

We had a great stay. The location and space were great. Our rented camry fit fine in the garage. The check-in experience was fine, but the extensive questioning at the time of booking wasn't my favorite. Putting the sheets on the bed was not a big deal, but I hated to see that the sheets and towels were all wrapped in plastic, which is a lot of extra waste. The outdoor closet had several boogie boards, some toys, and two beach chairs when we were there.

Condo at the beach

Personally wouldn’t stay here in the summer with no air conditioning because with a ground unit not comfortable leaving patio door or windows open. Would recommend the installation of a ceiling fan in the living room area.

Nice place

overall a very nice place. Location is great. Garage parking is very convenient especially for the location. Four complaintsThere was hair (human hair) all over one of the heater vents. Kind of gross. I assume the cleaning crew just missed itThe shower faucet in the second bath is a bit confusing. I believe the first lever controls the water and the one behind it controls the temp.The beds are a little hard but that’s personal preference. I wish they supplied beach chairs and beach towels. Over all nice place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Burr White rescued us when our other plans fell through - very kind. The location and accommodation was excellent but...the people upstairs walked around in their shoes late into the night and a party at the apartment building directly outside the bedroom sliding glass door made it necessary to sleep in the more sheltered living room. Good to have free parking in a secure garage, kitchen cupboards clean but in disarray, would have appreciated some basics like sugar.

Our favorite place to stay in Newport Beach!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed here three times for four months each time then one month this last time. This is our favorite place as it is clean, beautifully remodeled recently, nice big patio on Seashore Drive. Anytime there is a request for maintenance or more linen they are there within the hour. Burr white is so nice and easy to deal with, while booking and during our stay. The ocean is literally a 2 min walk, it’s a desired surfing spot so even more fun to be at the beach!I would recommend this property to anyone, family or alone! Exceptional experience!
