Plan a Wonderful Fall Getaway. Beautiful 2 Story Townhome. Half Block From Beach

This updated two story townhome is fully furnished and sleeps 6. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms, a full size washer and dryer, and all the comforts of home. The kitchen and bathrooms have been completely updated. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed, a 32” smart TV and their own bathroom. The downstairs has all new flooring throughout. The living room has a brand new sectional with an upgraded queen size sleeper sofa, along with a 55” smart TV and DVD player. Wi-Fi internet is also provided free of charge.

Whether you want to start your day by taking a short stroll to the Starbucks for a cup of coffee, wandering across the street for a long walk on the beach, or just sitting outside having lunch at River City Cafe, our location is PERFECT! Our area is considered the “Golden Mile” of Myrtle Beach, which is a long stretch of privately owned beach homes, along the northern avenues.

Although it is very tempting to spend most of your time just relaxing on the beach, you may also want to venture out and experience all that the surrounding areas have to offer. We are centrally located to many award winning golf courses. You may also enjoy shopping at the Tanger Outlets or Market Commons, or seeing a show at the Alabama Theatre or Carolina Opry. You might decide to have an amazing dinner at one of the local restaurants, maybe see a live band at Broadway at the Beach, or just take a ride to Barefoot Landing. Myrtle Beach definitely has something for everyone.

This townhome is in a fantastic location! We are within walking distance of numerous restaurants, minutes from many golf courses, and a short drive to Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach and many more. We are only ten miles away from Myrtle Beach International Airport. Best of all, we are only a half block from the beach!

JUST COME RELAX, UNWIND AND ENJOY!

Very easy to find, great location, walking distance to the beach, stores very close, the house is very clean, has all the essentials we needed, kitchen essentials, clean towels, wash clothes, sheets, chairs and umbrella for the beach, spacious bedrooms, lovely place, we enjoyed our stay each year, host are easy to contact

We loved our stay at Chrissy and Jeff's place for a long weekend of golf and time spent at the beach. It's a fantastic location and the place was spotless on arrival. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

The property was just as pictured. It was clean and right by the beach. Plenty of restaurants around and activities. I would definitely stay again as the hosts were very responsive.

We had a wonderful family stay! The place was extremely clean — cleanliness 100%! The rooms were comfortable, well organized, and perfect for families. The host was friendly, responsive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.The location was excellent, only a 4-minute walk to the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby. It was a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with good parking and easy access to everything.Every was very happy with the stay, and we would definitely love to come back again.Thank you very much Chrissy and Jeff

Perfect family vacation

Wonderful location!

We had a girls weekend getaway and loved our stay! The location was amazing with just a few minute walk to the beach and to coffee :) we would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay.. the home was beautiful and spacious. Close to everything we needed. Owners were very quick with responses when needed. Will book again when we make another trip to myrtle beach!!!

Very nice place to stay

Totally enjoyed our stay. Very nice, clean and quiet place with all your bed and bath linens provided by the owners. Communication with owners was excellent and answered in a very timely manner. Looking forward to going back!
