The host of this property is a absolutely a great hostHouse is in a great location Walking fist to just about every where House was very nice If you are going to visit st Augustine this is the place to stay

Great little apartment. Plenty of space for a family of 4 adults. Nicely appointed although the upstairs does not have ac. The location is primo for anything that you would like to do in old town.

We loved the little house. Convenient, comfortable and clean. Small dresser or table upstairs would be great but didn't make the stay any less fun and enjoyable. Ray is very pn top of everything.

Location was outstanding for the historic sites. You’re right in the middle of it all and won’t have to drive anywhere. And, this place came with a dedicated parking space. Critical in that area. A/C worked great and the back deck seating area was terrific. Quiet in spite of proximity to the busy St. George Street bars and restaurants.Would highly recommend this property.

Lovely place, great location

Took my adult daughters for an extended weekend trip and wanted to stay within walking distance to St George St and this was a perfect option!! Clean, and the owner provided great communication! Definitely would recommend and I would stay again, for sure!

The Host was amazing. Even provided restaurant recommendations. The location was close to downtown. We could walk everywhere. The space was clean, neat, and comfortable.

You just cannot beat the location of this historic cottage. One block from St George Street!Three blocks from the waterfront! We never had to move our car to experience the beauty of St. Augustine!Ray is a wonderful host! Our experience with him was wonderful. Very attentive and great communication! Book 76 Spanish Street! It’s fabulous!

The property was as listed, very clean, host was very friendly and helpful. would definitely stay here again. perfect location close to everything could walk everywhere.

Location Location Location !

We absolutely loved our stay. We had another couple to stay with us and it was very accommodating for the 4 of us. We also enjoyed the private outside patio. Perfectly located !! We will be staying here again.

Amazing Location!

This was a perfect place for us! You can not beat the location. We walked everywhere and even though it's in the heart of the Historic District, it is super quiet at night. Absolutely reccomend.

Great Location

This property has a great location for seeing the beautiful town of St Augustine without moving your car. You can walk basically everywhere. Owner/Manager was really great to work with. A must stay for anyone looking for a great vacation.

Perfect for visiting Flagler College

My daughter and I stayed here for the Flagler College Open House weekend and it was perfect. It was an easy walk to the college and all around town. We were able to get a real sense of this beautiful city.

Great location

Our stay at Cottage 76 was excellent. The space was perfect for 2 couples and the location is ideal. We were able to park in the provided parking spot and walk just about everywhere we wanted to go. It’s a quick drive to various locations like the beach, the amphitheater, the marina, etc. as well. Discussions with the home owner were easy & check in/out was smooth.

Location is amazing. Perfect to park and walk everywhere. We had some issues that the owner immediately addressed. It’s an old house, so expect as such.
