Very nice 2 bed 2 bath ground floor apartment in a gated community with excellent grounds and pool. Centrally located and easy walking distance for most amenities. Apartment was spotlessly clean and check-in and communication with host was very easy. Would definitely stay here again and thoroughly recommend to others.

Nice clean apartment. Kitchen has everything you need. Nice comfy bed. Good powerful shower. With having a pool at the complex it would have been nice to have some sun lounger to take over as it’s not comfortable sitting on the gras. 1 camping chair was available so we had to buy a sun lounger and leave it at the end of our holiday. We know it was not advertised having an air con, but it would be beneficial for future booking to have it, how’re it has a few fans. We would book it again outside of season when it is cooler, but not in the summer.

Thanks for your review Sandra. We thought there were more sun loungers in the apartment and did not know they had been damaged and thrown away so apologies about that. Aircon is something we have considered but plan to sell the apartment so had not done it to date but that is a valid point. We were also there last week and added a couple more fans to help in the 2 very warm months.

Absolute gem of a property

The apartment offers everything needed for a short or long term stay; and more. The owner and their on-site agent make themselves readily available and pay huge attention to detail. The apartment is spacious and easily accommodates 4 to 6 adults. The surrounding grounds and pool are extremely well kept and the maintenance are often seen going about their daily duties. The pool initially was a little on the cool side but still a lot warmer than most other places visited. By the end of the holiday the pool was quite warm and absolutely refreshing. I would highly recommend this property for adult couples or even a family. The surrounding area has a wide range in bars, restaurants and professional entertainment. There is an adequate supermarket within 5 minutes walk and a larger Carrefour about 15 minutes walk away. I would be perfectly happy to answer any questions not covered in the review!

Le logement correspond parfaitement à l'annonce, propre et très bien équipé : vous ne manquez de rien dans ce logement, il est spacieux, bien agencé, avec toujours des places de parking disponibles. Le cadre est super, la piscine est bien agréable.En bref nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La plage que nous avons le plus apprécié est Cala Capitan : transparente, sans vague avec beaucoup de poissons

Heel aangename verblijf gehad.Appartement is gezellig en kort bij zwembad gelegen.Goede ontvangst door de sleuteloverdracht. Problemen gehad tijdens het verblijft en de eigenaar heeft het snel opgelost .Dit appartement is zeker een aanrader en kom zeker terug.Appartementencomplex is afgesloten met een Poort en is ideaal met kinderen.Zwembad zowel voor volwassenen als kinderen deren.

The Place For You

The property is well kept, tidy and clean. I would stay there again as it is so handy to grocery store, bars, restaurants 5min. and you can walk to large shopping Mall in 25min. beach in 40min.
