Excellent apartment and hosts

Fantastic garden with everything you might wish for to relax in it; kitchen has everything you need, kitchen and bathroom contemporary and convenient, high ceilings, very well taken care of and quiet. Comfortable beds, central location and very kind and responsive hosts. My mom and I stayed there a week and loved it!

Perfect retreat for a couple!

We stayed 2 nights and had a wonderful stay. Raffaela was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We loved the apartment, the beach and exploring Bordighelia. Garage parking — for a small car. Would definitely return. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay

Il Mirabello provides excellent accommodation. It is in a pleasant road which is safe, fairly quiet and a good location to walk to many of the facilities and attractions Bordighera has to offer. The pretty garden is a bonus and is well equipped with outdoor furniture, Our hosts, Raffaela and Alessio, were efficient, charming and nothing was too much trouble for them. Se strongly recommend this apartment.

So special

We only stayed a couple of nights and we fell in love in that short time. Bordighera is special. The sea and swimming at the beach or around the rocks is truly amazing! The town is intimate, clean and friendly. The flat was immaculate and the garden beautiful. Everything was provided and very comfortable. Rafaela and Alessio made us feel like family. Thank you so very much!

Meraviglioso

Amazing neighbourhood , Belle Epoque architecture abounds. Mirabello has 10 foot ceilings, southern exposure, walk out basement ( only 12 in total in the building which is set well back from Via Romana - a residential street ) leading to a wonderful 450 square foot garden for you to enjoy exclusively -- jasmine hedges, birdsong, sub tropical vegetation, a sense of space as surrounding buildings set back 40 - 50 feet. The Cozy Cafe literally outside the front gate for cappuccino and Peroni. Pay parking on most of Via Romana , so having secure underground parking an additional bonus. Less than 10 minute walk to downtown, the train station, bus stop, seafront and old town & its restaurants. Suggest - EuroWines for wine, Ristorante Stella for traditional Ligurian take away food ( east end). Raffaella and Alessio are the best & most attentive hosts we have ever encountered. They score Dieci su Dieci and Douze points respectively ( Eurovision Song Contest scoring ) in our book. A wonderful pied a terre to enjoy and from which to explore all that Bordighera and environs has to offer.

Beautiful holiday apartment in a fantastic location – highly recommended!

We – two adults and our 17-year-old son – spent a fantastic week in this beautiful apartment owned by Raffaela and Alessio in Bordighera and can fully recommend it. The apartment is part of an elegant villa in a quiet yet very central residential area. Within a 10-minute walk, you reach the charming old town, the center with its little shops, and the lovely promenade. A typical Italian café right across the street is perfect for breakfast.The apartment is modern, spotless, and furnished with great care and attention to detail. Everything is new, well-organized, and works flawlessly. User manuals for all appliances – from the washing machine to the AC – are thoughtfully provided.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. The bathroom is modern and clean, featuring a spacious shower and bidet. The rooms are bright and airy but can be darkened for restful sleep. Overall, the apartment feels very welcoming and comfortable.A highlight is the well-kept garden with loungers, seating areas, a large awning, and sunshades – a perfect green retreat. A private garage space is also included – a rare and valuable feature in Bordighera.Raffaela and Alessio were lovely hosts – warm, helpful, and always available if needed.In short: this apartment offers everything for a perfect holiday – a great location, modern comfort, and a relaxing atmosphere.

Tout est parfait

Belle expérience de location, parfaite à tous niveaux et une mention particulière pour Raffaela et Alessio pour la qualité de leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Schöner Garten mit Liegen, Lougemöbeln und Sonnenschirmen.Garage über schmale Zufahrt eher für kleinere Autos geeignet, wir haben die Garage für die Fahrräder genutzt!

Bordighera Excellence

Our stay at this property was one of the best of the many apartments, which we have rented around the world. The location is superb, a 10 minute walk to great restaurants and the beach. It is on a shady upscale street well lit at night. The hosts, Raffaela and Alessio, welcomed us like honored guests and ensured our stay was memorable. The apartment is modern and fully equipped with all necessities. The private garden area with a table and comfortable chairs to lounge in, was a bonus rarely found in rentals. Our overall rating is a solid 10.

Perfekte Wohnung in einem ruhigen Ortsteil von Bordighera

Die kleine Wohnung mit Garten von Raffaela und Alessio ist sehr modern und komplett eingerichtet und war in perfektem Zustand als wir ankamen. Die beiden zeigten sich sehr flexibel bei Ankunfts- und Abfahrtstermin und bei der Unterstützung vor Ort. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal: direkt bei den herrlichen Palästen der Stadt, wenige Minuten Gehzeit von der Altstadt und dem Strand entfernt und gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Nur die Tiefgarage ist recht eng und vorzugsweise mit einem Kompakt- oder Kleinwagen zu nutzen. Allerdings haben wir immer einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus gefunden. Wir haben die Woche in Bordighera sehr genossen.

Top, toll, absolut ein sehr schönes Apartment

Das Objekt befindet sich in einer sehr zentralen Lage von Bordighera. 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof, also 15 Minuten von Sanremo entfernt. Die Bilder in der Anzeige entsprechen 100% der Realität: sehr modernes, schickes und sauberes Apartment. Die Ausstattung ist top und für das Wohlfühlen ausgewählt. Alles ist neu und komfortabel. Das Apartment verfügt über vieles sowie auch über eine kleine Gartenterrasse, wo man sich besonnen kann. Wir wurden von den Besitzer herzlich willkommen und sogar am Busbahnhof abgeholt. Sogar ein Panettone hat man uns zum Frühstück geschenkt. Fazit: wir haben uns wie daheim gefühlt. Wir können ihn daher nur weiterempfehlen.

Mi fa molto piacere che vi siate sentiti come a casa, io e mio marito cerchiamo di fare il possibile per far sentire a proprio agio i nostri ospiti, cercando di non far mancare nulla e se possibile dare anche dei consigli sui luoghi e siti da visitare e consigli riguardo ristoranti e locali dove mangiare . Anche da parte nostra non possiamo che raccomandare Mario e il suo amico per essere stati degli ospiti perfetti, simpatici, gentili e rispettosi delle regole della casa e dell'appartamento . Lo hanno lasciato super pulito!!! Speriamo di ospitarvi nuovamente. A presto ! Raffaela e Alessio

Hochwertige elegante Wohnung

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen von unseren Vermietern . Die Wohnung ist sehr stillvoll eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Der Kühlschrank war bestückt mit frischen Getränken und für das erste Abendessen war auch schon gesorgt.(Nudeln mit Sauce und allenfalls für das Frühstück gab es auch Zwieback und Marmelade ,Kaffee und Tee. Die Dusche ist sehr großzügig und toll. Auch die Beschattung im Garten ist ausreichend und Ventilatoren helfen in der Wohnung zu etwas Abkühlung. Die Betten sind sehr bequem sogar auch das Ausziehsofa ist wie ein Bett. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Auch zum Strand ist es nicht sehr weit etwa 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß. Das einzige wer mit einem größeren Auto anreist sollte bedenken das der Tiefgaragenplatz sehr eng ist und Ein und Ausfahrt in einer engen Straße ist welche dann schon sehr kritisch ist. Ansonsten ist diese Wohnung sehr empfehlenswert.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, luxeriös, neu und sehr sauber. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral und in der besten Wohngegend von Bordighera gelegen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ein Zuhause zum Wohlfühlen - un rifugio per sentirsi bene

Wir hatten eine herrliche und entspannte Zeit in Bordighera dank dieser Wohnung. Raffaela hat mit viel Geschmack und Wissen in Bezug auf Funktion und Nützlichkeit ein Ambiente geschaffen, in dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt, fast noch schöner als zuhause. Es war wirklich alles da, was man im Alltag braucht, nichts hat gefehlt, alles war in einem perfekten Zustand. Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufen zu Fuß erreichbar. Raffaela und ihr Mann Alessio hatten zahlreiche nützliche Tipps für uns, waren sofort da, als wir Ihre Hilfe brauchten. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, es war einfach perfekt für uns beide. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso e rilassante a Bordighera grazie a questo appartamento. Raffaela ha creato con gusto e conoscenza in termini di funzionalità e utilità un ambiente in cui ci si sente subito a proprio agio, quasi più belli che a casa. Era tutto, quello di cui hai bisogno nella vita di tutti i giorni, non mancava nulla, tutto era in ottime condizioni. Spiaggia, ristoranti e negozi raggiungibili a piedi. Raffaela e suo marito Alessio avevano molti consigli utili per noi, erano lì quando avevamo bisogno del suo aiuto. Ci sarebbe piaciuto rimanere più a lungo, era semplicemente perfetto per noi due.

Innanzi tutto volevo ringraziare Katharina e Manfred per essere stati degli ospiti meravigliosi! Ospitare Katharina e suo marito Manfred è stata una esperienza da consigliare vivamente. Persone cordiali, gentili, sensibili , rispettosi ma soprattutto hanno lasciato l'appartamento in maniera impeccabile!!!! Con Katharina poi la comunicazione, sin dai primi messaggi prima ancora del loro arrivo, è stata semplice, "easy" e molto amichevole. Il fatto che Katharina parlasse anche molto bene l'italiano ha aiutato molto ..... Io e mio marito saremo lieti di poter rivedere e ospitare nuovamente questa splendida coppia. A presto.
