This is an outstanding property and manager! Every detail to help your stay go well is included. Aveline was so accommodating. She and the owners have thought ahead with everything. What a lovely apartment and fantastic location between the sea and the old town. We were charmed by Menton and hope to return often. This is a wonderful rental in a delightful town. Restaurants, shops, beaches so accessible, and Menton feels so safe. Just do it, you won’t be sorry!!!

The apartment was beautifully presented with everything you could need. It’s lovely to stay in a building with history. The location was great as it’s right by the beach, near shops and restaurants and a short train journey to Monaco and Nice. The owners and manager were very helpful and answered all our questions promptly. We had a lovely time!A great find!

We had a really wonderful 2 weeks Le Regina felt like a real home from home. It is spotlessly clean, very cozy and perfectly equipped with everything you could think of and even more. We enjoyed the sunny days out and about , loved the short walks to the beach, to the market hall and the town centre. Appreciated the air conditioning comfort upon returning. Menton is a real gem and perfectly situated for exploring the CĂŽte d'Azur. Thank you to Aveline for the warm welcome and to Sandra and Mark for offering such a stunning holiday home. We made so many happy memories with our daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren and can't recommend the apartment enough.

This apartment was amazing. Well equipped with everything and beautifully decorated. Very easy check in and check out. And the location is perfect, across from the beach facing a quiet, private garden and a short walk into old Menton.

The propery was beautiful, spotlessly clean, had everything you needed (and more) and of a high quality. The property was also spacious and well thought out with lovely bedrooms and a large kitchen and lounge area for relaxing. The little bench to sit on outside was also a nice touch. Everything was exactly as it had been stated and a huge effort had gone into providing very detailed information on what could be done in the area, eating guides and recommendations as well as a very comprehensive overview of what was in the property and how everything worked.The location was excellent, a peaceful haven but right in the middle of everything. Aveline, the representative met with us, saw us again at the end of our stay and was very helpful.I would thoroughly recommend this property so thank you Sandra and Mark. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Menton! The location was fantastic — easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and the charm of the old town. The space itself was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, which made it easy to settle in with our family of five.Sandra and Mark were fantastic hosts — responsive, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Communication was easy throughout our stay, and they were quick to help whenever we had a question.Menton itself was a beautiful base for exploring the French and Italian Riviera, and this apartment made it easy to enjoy the area. We’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the region!

This is a beautifully curated property directly across from the beach. We loved the location and the owner’s attentiveness. They provided excellent, detailed information, in advance, so we could make reservations and plan our days. We gave it 4 stars on the description as we expected a garden but in reality it’s a beautifully landscaped driveway and garages, but no garden to sit out in or spend time. The property is historic and lovely.

Felt like home!

This is our third stay at the property and it honestly felt like home. The apartment was very well equipped and the location was great both for the beach, restaurants and shops. Aveline the property representative was very helpful and was a pleasure to deal with. All in all an amazing stay
