great vacation!

My family and I just finished a wonderful week's stay at this house. It is very comfortable and well maintained. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and swimming. The fire pit makes for a nice end of the day and enhances the beautiful sunsets.

Perfect location

The property is even better than the photos show. The home was a perfect size for my family. The water is just steps away from the screen room. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing sunsets!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Plenty of room for sleeping, sitting and eating both inside and out. Great dock as well, we brought a pontoon and a bass boat. Kids enjoyed the easy entry to the water for kayaking and swimming. Fully stocked kitchen and nice quite neighborhood.

Keuka Lake Delight

This compact cottage has everything you need for a lake vacation. Lake floats and fishing gear, indoor games and puzzles, a fire pit, hot tub, sun porch and a fully equipped kitchen make this is a renter’s dream. A generous shoreline and dock as well as shallow water for kids to play and swim in allow everyone to enjoy the beauty of Keuka Lake.

Perfect lotion

This was an excellent location for one of the best foliage years! House had everything and more than I needed. Easy for friends to find, awesome deck and just amazing views. Minimal steps allowed my weak knees to come and go relatively easy. Would stay again. So peaceful.

Getaway with friends

The property was fantastic. Our friend was from this area so she was our guide to a lot of the places and sights the area has to offer. After a day of touring a winery or a museum or a hike to see beautiful waterfalls and scenery it was pleasant to just relax on the patio and enjoy the beauty of the lake. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals and treats. It was a fun experience and the time just flew bye. I highly recommend this cottage on the lake

Very nice overall.

A very nice cottage with fantastic water access. Very clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this property. The advertised Hot Tub was in-op, and has been for a while...That was disappointing, and should be removed from the ad for the property. Other than that we have no negatives, it really was a very nice stay.

Thanks for the note Sheila, however, I would disagree. There aren't better neighbors to have on a Lake. The pictures are a great representation of the "Cottage", and there are not many places where you get to be on a level lot so close to the Lake.

We had a wonderful vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautifuly decorated and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun vacation. We loved the location and the proximity to many hiking trails. The only thing I would ask is to mention in the ad that sheets, pillow cases and towels are not included. We got the note about it after the order. But otherwise, we took everything with us and were very comfortable. Definitely will recommend this vacation home to all my friends! Thanks so much! :)

Fabulous spot and great neighbors

I rent cottages every summer on Keuka lake. I have friends and family that stop by and visit me throughout my stays so I received several points of view! Everyone loved this spot...the ease of the level lake....access to the water to swim/paddle board...and the cottage while smaller than some, is very efficient for small group gatherings! There are so many places to sit to get sun...avoid sun...protection from the winds that kicked up this week during lunch one day and a several outdoor areas to sit to enjoy your time here. The pictures don’t give it justice!! The kitchen was very well stocked with all that is needed and then some. Also the neighbors are very kind and welcoming as well.

Relaxing week at Keuka Lake

We found the house to be clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots/pans. One suggestion would be to keep 1-2 shelves clear for pantry items guests bring. We were able to cook and enjoy several meals there. The living room had plenty of seating for all of us. The bedrooms were well set up, with plenty of closet space in 2 of the bedrooms. We appreciated having the washer/dryer available for our use also. The back porch was probably one of our favorite spaces to relax. The dock was great to access the lake in the boat we rented. The hot tub, while challenging to regulate the temperature, was appreciated and used several times. The new firepit is beautiful as well.

Perfectly Positioned on Keuka Lake

While the first impression of the house leaves one thinking that it lacks something, once inside we found a charming, comfy cottage that was plenty big for our family of 4. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bathrooms were up-to-date. We were able to dock our boat which was awesome; it was also great being able to walk right into the water from the property. We did bring our own towels and linens as we were instructed to, but we recommend bringing extra paper products such as toilet paper and napkins as they were in limited supply. The property has a hot tub and fire pit which we didn’t get a chance to use but add some possibilities for things to do at night. There is also a closet full of games which we did use- great idea! All in all we had a great experience and would recommend the property if planning a trip to Keuka Lake.

Great Lake Property

The house was so cozy and smack dab on the lake. It almost seemed like you were in a house boat because it was so close to the water. Sat in the patio area on rainy mornings with coffee listening to the pitter patter on the roof and watching the drips on the lake. So peaceful! Had a small hiccup in the beginning, but Michel was quick to resolve it. Thank you for sharing your house with us. We had a wonderful time.

Great little lakeside getaway.

This is a cute cottage, right on Keuka lake. It is an excellent location for short trips to some great wineries (we loved Dr. Frank's and Weis), waterfalls (we splashed in the falls at Havana Glen Park), and lakeside dining. But you don't even need to leave the property to have a great time; our kids loved having the lake right in the backyard and the grown-ups enjoyed relaxing on the deck and by the fire pit. The cottage has a lived-in family vibe, which was perfect for our group! The cottage was well-stocked and the owners responded quickly to our few questions.

Great location in the Finger Lakes

Nice property right on Keuka Lake. Very clean and the communication with Michael (the owner) was excellent. The house could use some updating but it is in a great location convenient to all the Keuka wineries. Overall it was a nice property and we enjoyed our stay.

great little cottage on the lake

This is a great little cottage right on the lake for two small families to get together during spring break. For being small, the place has a ton of storage and sleeping accommodations. We enjoyed the Florida room the most...puzzles, reading, relaxing. The fireplace was great, especially for the two really cold days. The kitchen is fully stocked with supplies. We also really appreciated the game closet...all the classics and some new games to play. I bet this place is really great in the summer since the shed is stocked with everything you'd need for the lake. We had a snafu at check-in since the Owner didn't think we were going to arrive for 2 more days, just an honest error that was resolved. We also had some issues with the hot tub functioning properly and maintaining proper chemical levels (several of us ended up with rashes). Mike was a gracious host and responsive to communications. The neighbors are also very friendly, one even providing kindling for the kids to use to start the fire in the fire pit. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

This is a great place! Right on the lake, and super convenient. The house had everything we ever needed and we loved the hot tub and fireplace! Definitely hope we can come back when it’s warmer and get out on the lake!

Quaint Cabin on Lake Keuka

Great little quaint cabin with an amazing view right off the lake. Was perfect for our low-key relaxing week with friends and family. Kitchen was well stocked and enabled us to make numerous meals during our stay. The indoor fireplace was perfect during the cool fall nights. The outdoor fire pit right off the lake was also very enjoyable. We did have issues with the hot tub and it only worked the first night of our stay...this was a little disappointing as it was one of our main reasons for choosing this property. Outside of that we had a very enjoyable stay here.
