The location and price are worth it.
The property is in a great location, close to the beach and has access to a fun swimming pool. Unfortunately, the access was difficult because of a locked gate for which we never got a key and always had to call someone to open. The house has 3 bedrooms and will sleep 10 people. Each bedroom has its own bathroom plus there's a half bath in the main part of the house. There were no instructions for using the TVs or wifi, taking out the trash, or anything else. The house needs many minor repairs and there were no supplies at all like trash bags, toilet paper, etc.
The kitchen is very small and not well stocked with dishes, but it does have a sweet grill in the backyard. Basically, if you are looking for a place to sleep in between checking out the sites, this place is fine, but if you want a house to entertain or spend a lot of time in, it's not great for that.
