San Carlos! Mer, le soleil et le sable sont à quelques minutes de votre porte d'entrée. Venez vous détendre dans notre beau nouveau condo avec un spectaculaire 3 miles plage de sable. Bahia Delfin est un nouveau sûr et tranquille communauté moderne fermée de condos, toutes avec vue mer et la plage et tous les moins de 30 pieds de la plage de sable. La piscine communautaire est géniale. * Veuillez voir ci-dessous l'exonération de sécurité.

Notre condo est décoré avec goût avec des meubles et peintures nouvelle élégant. Il est un duplex de niveau 2 avec une suite parentale à l'étage supérieur avec un lit king-size. La nouvelle cuisine spacieuse entièrement équipée a l'eau filtrée. Les chambres de l'étage principal ont: un premier 2 lits jumeaux et les second lits une 2 queen. Le lit est au niveau supérieur. Il ya 2 balcons avec tables et chaises

San Carlos est un outil facile 4 heures de route de la frontière Arizonian avec d'excellentes routes et sûrs. Traverser la frontière est formalités faciles.

L'anglais est parlé presque partout tout au long.

* Veuillez noter que Bahia Delfin HOA nous a informés qu'à San Carlos, il y a eu quelques incidents de violence récents (apparemment liés à des cartels de la drogue). À l'heure actuelle, il y a beaucoup d'activités policières entre Guaymas et San Carlos, mais Bahia Delfin a été informée que tout était calme depuis le début du mois d'août. C’est leur recommandation (et celle des policiers) d’éviter de sortir du complexe tard dans la nuit, afin d’éviter de se retrouver au beau milieu d’un problème potentiel.

Thanksgiving Diving Trip

Had a great stay at Bahía Delfín. Location is quiet and secluded. The private beach access was wonderful and the sunsets were amazing. This condo was perfect for our group. Lots of room and all the amenities we could have asked for.

We love to share our place with you so you can enjoy the beach, ocean . San Carlos has so much to offer. You can recharge your batteries during a relaxing stay. Fantastic restaurants with fresh seafood, local craft , fishing, kayaking, biking are just some of the activities available there

Check in is a little weird and they were militant about only 1 car because they were going to be packed, made my brother park his car outside the gate, yet it was dead and dozens of open. Also, I can’t make any sense if not being able to use the washer and dryer unless you stay 5 or more days, but place was nice, AC worked great, super quiet, very clean, beds were decent and clean plenty of room.

Nice and quiet

Nice property, with good security. condo was decent, well equipped, but a little far from the water compared to others. Only issue was not having access to the laundry room, which was listed when staying for 5 nights (we stayed 7). For a property with so many HOA rules, and staff walking the grounds to check for compliance, unlocking a door upon arrival should have been easy. Unfortunately we never got access to the washer and dryer.

Lacking overall up keep

Some of the things that need to be repaired: Screen doors don't open to balconies, cabinets hinges in the kitchen are falling off and the doors need to be painted. Bed sheets are old and have holes in them in the master bedroom. The unit is located near the Bahia Delfin sewer plant and often smells outside.

Thanks for letting us know about the issues. I am going tomorrow to San Carlos and will fix all this myself. We do have a managing company in San Carlos and we rely on them to see the problems but obviously it is not done to the level we would wish

Overall nice place and id stay there again. My only problem is that the communication was a little lacking prior to check in. I asked about the check in and received a short response that wasn't helpful. There is no door code here. All you need to do is show the confirmation email to the gate attendants and they will give you the keys. I was unable to get this info ahead of time which made me nervous driving all the way down there not knowing exactly what to expect and how i was going to get in. Side note there is no games not even a deck of cards.

Great place and location, property manager was a bit rude

The property and location are fantastic. The place says it accomodates 6 people but with 5 beds it easily accomodates 8. However, the property manager charges an additional fee for every additional occupant after 5 people. It doesn't make sense that the place would accomodate 6 but charge extra for the 5th and 6th person. Additionally, the property manager expressed irritation when I requested (over two weeks before my reservation) to change the number of occupants from 4 to 5 stating "You all do the same , every renter is adding guests at the last minute". Not sure why the need to respond that way or why it even makes a difference but it definitely set a negative tone.

Though our property can accommodate up to 8 guests, we choose to generally limit the guest number to 6 in order to help preserve our property and minimize wear and tear. We had previously based our base rate on 4 guests, but have recently decided to update our base number and price to 6 guests due to demand and to avoid confusion and misunderstanding. Regarding the comment you received when requesting to update your guest count, we sincerely apologize. It has been an unfortunately common experience that guests will add on guests at the last minute or even upon check-in in a way that abuses the VRBO payment structure and our general protocol. This has become frustrating, and while you certainly did nothing wrong, it was an unfortunate comment that was made inadvertently. A Spacious Unit away from the pool and beach noise.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. We had a problem with the mini split upstairs main bedroom but it was resolved within 2 hours of reporting it to the owner. It was nice and cold upstairs and downstairs too with the central air. The kitchen is very well stocked for general cooking. I always bring my own knives, cutting board and lime squeezer when I stay at any rental property. The unit is quite spacious and it has peek a boo views of the ocean from main balcony and upstairs balcony. In the summer you can watch thunderstorms developing with clouds and lightening at night to the northeast from the balcony, these storms are hundreds of miles away. There is room for improvements and I have shared that with the owner. All in all, we enjoyed having a spacious unit away from noise of the beach and pool areas, a laundry room was handy too. The furnishings and decor are comfortable considering it is a beach condo. I think anyone would enjoy staying here.

Good/Fair Experience

We have stayed many times at this site. The condo was similar to the others we have stayed at. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. I did request to have the washroom opened and Catherine arranged that-very much appreciated. However, we did not have hot water until the following day-mid morning. Also, we had the water and gas turned off on us the second day we were there. We called in both instances to the property office and they got it fixed. I mentioned this to Catherine and my concern regarding the dryer possibly catching fire with the amount of lint build up and she didn’t seem phased. We took extra care to assure her condo was well taken care of (also repairing the sliding screen in the patio) and she didn’t seem to be phased by the issues or appreciative of us letting her know about the dryer concern-just met with a “thanks”. To each their own, but the fact of no hot water (unable to shower) or the inconvenience of no water or gas is something I would at least apologize to the tenant for.
