Regarding the toilet paper,
we do provide 2 toilet paper for each bathroom, and one paper roll for the kitchen, a dish soap for the dishwasher, an a different dish soap, if the guest doesn"t want to use the dishwasher, they were under the sink ( Cascade , a green bottle ) and the other one was a Mexican brand AXION, and also was another one on the shelves above the washing machines.
We do provide enough towels in each bathroom for the 6 people that are allowed into the condo, we also provide a coffee maker and filters.
But , you are right when you mention, that we do not provide coffee, foil , pool or beach towels, but we dind"t offer that on the information we provide on this site.
We used to have beach chairs, and pool or beach towels on the condo, even a beach tent, but several times we had to be replacing those, because some guests took them from the condo, so I decided 4 years ago no to have those items.
Regarding the outdoor furniture, The Condo does have a wicker table with shells , and 4 chairs that are outside, if you don"t like it is another thing.
And I don"t think it is fair that you are surprised, because there is a picture on this site with that table and chairs
Same thing with the trundle bed, all the mattress on the condo are SEALY brand, and its the first time, after several years renting the Condo that somebody complaint of the beds, on the other side, I have lots of guests that tell me, that they love the confort of the beds.
or was it uncomfortable because you didn"t know how to use it
And least, the pans, you said that are horrible pans for cooking, and it is the first time that somebody complaint of the pans, as matter of fact , the day before you arrived, we have guests leaving the condo, they stayed for one week, and they didn"t have any complaint, as a matter of fact, they are already planning to come back the first week of April, but following your complaint , I personally will check the pans , and if it is necessary , I will replace them at once.
I don"t understand you, you have my cell phone, we talk by phone twice the day that you arrived, I even help you, giving you the instructions to open the window of the main bedroom that you couldn"t open , and ask you if everything else was fine and you said yes, I don"t understand your complaint,
first of all, you reservation was supposed for 2 persons, and you show up with another 4 people, and that"s fine with me, the condo its for 6 people
and also, I don"t understand why you dind"t call me me, or sent me a mail to tell me that somebody from your group broke a small mirror on one of the bathrooms,
Again thank you for your review, and truly apologize for all the inconvenience, I take pride in my condo, and always try to have my guests happy and enjoying the Condo,
I will make sure that some of the issues that you mentioned are addressed , and hopefully I do have the opportunity to have you visit my condo again,
