La propriĂ©tĂ© est une maison de vacances rĂ©cemment louĂ©e et est situĂ©e Ă  Grosmont, un ancien village prĂšs de la frontiĂšre avec l'Angleterre, entre le parc national de Brecon Beacons et la vallĂ©e de la Wye. HAvec ses paysages magnifiques, c'est une base idĂ©ale pour les touristes, les promeneurs, les cyclistes et les amoureux de la nature. Un certain nombre de chĂąteaux et autres lieux d'intĂ©rĂȘt historique sont Ă©galement facilement accessibles.


Au cƓur du village se trouve le chĂąteau de Grosmont et le pub local The Angel qui sert de la nourriture et se trouve Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied du Haven. Le village possĂšde Ă©galement une boutique / bureau de poste.

Les endroits Ă  visiter incluent Hay on Wye, Crickhowell, le Big Pit de Blaenavon, Abergavenny, Herefordshire, la forĂȘt de Dean et les canaux de Monmouthshire.

Beautiful 5 Bedroom House

This property is perfectly situated in stunning countryside with easy access to visit surrounding areas. The house itself is beautiful, it is spotlessly clean and equipped with everything and more you could need its like a home from home. There is an extra bonus room with a sauna and hot tub which was well received by us, this again was spotlessly clean. We were a group of 10 adults who throughly enjoyed our 4 night stay over the new year. The owners Adrian and Lisa were perfect host's nothing was too much for them, and they were easy to contact, we would like to thank them both for letting us stay at their beautiful home. We would definitely like to stay here again and would give it a 10 out of 10.

Great home for a short break

Fantastic luxurious house

The Haven had everything you might need, was beautiful, comfortable and sparkling clean. We loved the hot tub and sauna. It was an excellent place for different generations to share. Adrian and Lisa were very helpful and welcoming. Thank you!

Amazing New Year Break

This is a wonderful house for a large family group. 5 spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge/dining room. The children loved all the board games that were provided and we all made the most of the hot tub and sauna, especially as the weather was very wet during our stay. Nobody wanted to leave.

Large and Lovely House

We had a really enjoyable week at Grosmont with three generations of family. Plenty of toilets and showers, and a fantastic hot tub that was used every day. The house was very clean and had most things we needed, but some more washing up cloths etc would have been useful. Comfortable beds and plenty of room to relax in the lounge and dining area. Beautiful local area and not far to the Wye Valley and Brecon Beacons. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing House

The photos do not show you just how amazing this house is! I received a text message from Ade to let me know it was ready for us. When we arrived, the house was spotless. The amount of space for 8 adults was fabulous. Every room has a double bed and 2 of the rooms were en-suite. All the baths in the house were jacuzzi baths! The hot tub and sauna were well used by the younger adults! I have no negatives to say. Ade was great when I had a couple of queries. All in all, a wonderful holiday in a fabulous place.

Large family group of a range of ages stared for new year. The facilities are amazing, photos don't do the property justice. It is spacious, clean and have all the amenities you could need. Can't wait to return!

Brilliant stay at the Haven Grosmont

We had a brilliant week staying at the Haven. Nice getaway with close friends.

Stayed here for the summer Bank Holiday. Me my partner with friends and their families with 2 dogs. Such a lovely place, everything is well set out so you're not on top of each other even if you have 10 people stay. The outside area is perfect too, bbq and seating area is more than ample and with the indoor hot tub/sauna area if the weather is bad you can just go in there. Balcony area is lovely for a coffee or a little quiet time if needed. Dining area is perfect especially for playing games and having a few drinks after a nice evening meal. Nice area to go for a walk, old castle which you can walk in the grounds and take some good photos. Also the owner is a butcher just 2 minutes walk away. Put in your order and pick it up later in the day. I must say the meat is real quality too. Would highly recommend this place to anybody looking to relax a bit and just have a generally nice time. Amazing holiday

What a great holiday we had! Lovely, spacious property with the added bonus of the hot tub room and sauna. This was a magnet for the kids! Grosmont is a beautiful location with lots of stunning walks nearby, two great pubs within walking distance. Brilliant and attentive hosts and the food supplied by Adrian’s butcher was outstanding both in quality and value. We had a wonderful two weeks and very much look forward to coming back in the future. Thank you!

Lovely spacious house

We hsve just returned from a great holiday in this beautiful house situated in lovely village of Grosmont. The house was spacious and very well equipped. The hosts Ade and Lisa were so helpful and can highly recommend his meat which sufficed for 2 bbqs! Would not hesitate to stop here again. The sauna and hot tub were a real bonus. What a fantastic stay!

From start to finish our visit to this property did not disappoint. Communication was excellent
. And following this we received the wow factor entering the house. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts and the house itself was spotless and beautiful. Plenty of amenities and hot tub room was excellent. Not only did the adults have a wonderful opportunity to relax but the children thoroughly enjoyed theirselves too! Great scenery, fantastic walks and lovely friendly locals always recommending the best pubs! Owners even delivered meat that we had ordered from the butchers that they own themselves! Thank you for a great stay guys. Hope to return in the future!

Heaven On Earth

Wow! Just returned from the most amazing weekend at this property. From the start of the booking process to our return home, everything has just been perfect. The owners communication was second to none. The house is pristine and beautifully laid out with everything you could possibly want. So much space for the kids and lovely views from the terrace. Grosmont is so pretty and very quiet for a relaxing break. The garden room is fabulous. We have loved every minute of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this incredible property.

Stunning House in stunning location

Exactly what the group needed, it was literally a perfect 3 days away, the house was kitted out to the highest specification, nothing was too much trouble for Adrian and Lisa who live close by for any queries whilst we stayed and the picturesque village of Grosmont was simply beautiful and scenic. Worth every penny, luxurious property. The group I went with were talking about a return visit before we even left this time.... If you are thinking of booking it, just do it, I think they ordered in the beautiful sunshine for us as nothing was too much trouble.

Fantastic stay

I want to thank both Ade and Lisa for a most wonderful stay at The Haven last week. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and wish we could’ve stayed longer!! Everything was just perfect and as advertised My little nephew especially loved the huge space to run back and forth The owners were easily contactable whenever we needed them. Fantastic stay

Stayed for 4 nights as a group 9. We loved the property and area from start to finish. If you want to stay in an immaculate property in a tranquil setting, with hot tub, jacuzzi, sauna, bbq and a fully equipt kitchen then this is the place for you. Lovely local pubs and walks. Superb all the way

From the booking till our departure the communication was amazing, Adrian and Lisa were always at hand to advice. We normally have a golden rule never stay at one place twice. That rule is officially broken, the property is without exception the best property in grosmont, if we could give it a 10 star rating we would. Look forward to staying there again.
