Sentez-vous à l'aise dans moderne ft une chambre appartement avec jardin de 650 m².. L'appartement est au rez-de-chaussée dans un Brownstone Hoboken restauré. A tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour être votre maison loin de la maison: une grande cuisine, AC central + votre propre lave-linge / sèche-linge. Près de transport, des magasins et des restaurants.

De Manhattan: Prendre le train du chemin de la station de Hoboken. Puis marcher ou en taxi à l'appartement. Ou, prendre le bus n ° 126 NJ Transit au 10e arrêt de la rue (apt. Est juste au coin de cette) Contactez-nous pour des options supplémentaires qui existent.

Tout est à proximité - transport, magasins et restaurants. New York City est un chemin ou en bus de 15 minutes loin! Juste un bloc au-dessus de la rue principale de Hoboken, Washington à quelques pâtés de maisons de la rivière.

This was my second stay at Michael's lovely home and it remains exceptional. Location is amazing (both Hoboken and easy access to NYC). Place is very comfortable and has everything you need. Michael responds very quickly to any questions. I will definitely be back on my next Hoboken visit. Five stars all around!

This Hoboken basement apartment was in a perfect location for easy access to NYC. The bus stop for the 126 bus to the PABT was conveniently a block away. Plenty of restaurants and markets nearby within a few minutes walk. We had all the conveniences needed for our 2 week stay. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and tea and other basic supplies such as sugar, paper towels, and plastic storage containers.. The dishwasher was an added bonus. It was easy to do a quick load of laundry when needed in the washer and dryer. The bed was comfy. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this urban apartment. We could hear the upstairs neighbors and their pets. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed walking everywhere.

Like a home away from home

Thoroughly enjoyed my entire stay. The apartment was immaculate and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Close to local shops cafes and restaurants. A short walk to the PATH train to easily get into NYC. Would most definitely recommend and will be my go to place to stay next time I visit

I would definitely stay here again! Close to the PATH train and all the restaurants and bars on Washington Street. Easy walk to the Manhattan skyline! Just simply loved it!

Great Unit in Hoboken

We spent tine in Hoboken and NYC. This was a great location for both. Easy access to the bus and the PATH. The unit was great! Clean, and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and it was great place to come back to after touring all day. The owner was very helpful and accommodating.

Spacious apartment in a great neighborhood

The apartment is spacious, well-equipped and located in a wonderful neighborhood. We enjoyed staying in Hoboken a lot. You can get to NYC relatively fast, there is a direct train and bus to resp. off-Broadway and Broadway theaters, also at night.

The property was better than we expected - the photos don’t do it justice. Lots of space, quiet clean environment to live in. Easy to commute to Manhattan and a fantastic waterfront view just down the road! Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I were in Hoboken for two weeks visiting family and chose this apartment. It was reasonably priced and turned out to be a gem in the heart of Hoboken one block off Washington Street (where the majority of the shopping and dining is). We only had to walk 10 mins to get just about anywhere in Hoboken. The bed was a queen sized bed and comfortable. Michael was responsive to our requests and helped our stay go smoothly. There was also a back patio that was super cute but since we visited during the high heat/humidity sitting outside was not in the cards for us.

Great experience great place

Such a good neighbourhood. Beautiful houses and Hoboken is a good place to relax from after a busy day at New York. The owners of the apartment are very nice and living upstairs. It felt like we were locals living here. Maybe one tip for Micheal, it would be nice to have some drinking glasses and mugs in the kitchen. But that's all we can think of.. Dollhouse apartment in basement, 1st night there was an issue with the fire alarm and it went off all night luckily there wasn't any fire just a wire issue, I was told I would have a refund for that night for the inconvenience but have not received it yet, overall the stay was good

NJ stay Sep '24

Good place to stay when visiting NY, with the option of a bus, train or ferry to take you in to Manhattan. The only negative point about this basement is the owner's dog that barks - but fortunately not between 11 and 7 when we were sleeping. We're dog owners, so it didn't bother us too much, but if you're not a dog fan, I'd take this into consideration when choosing to stay. Thanks for the stay Michael. Jon
