Belle maison de trois niveaux ��levés en face de la plage et situé au coeur de l'Isle of Palms. �� distance de marche des restaurants, des bars et des boutiques! La piscine Pavillon Lieu communautaire est niché derrière la maison. Cette maison dispose de 5 chambres, 4. 5 salles de bains, des appareils en acier inoxydable, 2 lave-vaisselle, machine �� glace, barbecue �� gaz, et une douche ext��rieure privée dessous. Profitez du soleil des chaises longues le long de votre propre terrasse sur le toit! Chaque balcon permet de pics de vue sur l'oc��an. La superficie de cette maison est 2675. We had a great time staying at this property over the week of July 4. It’s right in the mix of things and was a perfect place to view the IOP firework display and walk over to the golf cart parade. It is loud at night during the summer because all of the close live music, so that’s something to consider if you have little kids. Having the pool there is great, and while the house is starting to get a little dated in some ways, it’s still a wonderful spot close to the beach and easy walking to everywhere else.

Great Location and fun vacation spot!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great! Very clean, plenty of space for our families! The pool is smaller but with the beach so close it was a great option to cool off. This is in the heart of Isle of Palms. Walkable to restaurants and shopping which is so great!! Lots of fun people watching from our balcony too. If you love to be in the mix and don’t mind street noise it’s a great spot. The beach access is right across the street and the beach was super clean too!

Perfect location!

The house was only steps away from many restaurants, bars and the beach. Very clean, easy process with check-in and check-out, will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful Place to Stay

Reviewer Comments: We had family come in from 3 different locations and this house was the perfect place for everyone. 3 'master bedrooms' each with it's own bathroom were ideal for parents, and the other 2 rooms were perfect for the kids. The bunk room was smaller than expected so we swapped rooms and had kids share the two queen beds which worked great. Plenty of space for all and the kitchen was exactly what was needed to make dinners every night.

Toilet paper was almost out. Paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, etc had to be purchased by us. Also, no beach towels and when traveling via plane to get somewhere you don’t want to pack a beach towel to take up room.

We loved the home, it has plenty of space for all of our family. The kitchen and table were a great size to accommodate us all. You can see the ocean from the family room!

House Picture is Best Part

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 6 adults and 6 children ages 7 and under.Positives: spacious garage, outdoor shower with hot water (have to hold pull chain continuously), extra ice maker, open kitchen/bar chairs, spacious living area, tv remote easy to negotiate, bathrooms, half bath especially nice, good quality towels, master, top deck, washer/dryer, air conditioning. Negatives: entrance to house sandy, dirty, unsightly, no outdoor hose to rinse feet or beach things, small refridgerator, cooking equipment disorganized and spread over 6 large under counter cabinets (fully equipped though), top bunks not made, one bed in upstairs bedroom not made and floor not vacuumed, top floor bathroom dirty, 2nd king bedroom very small, had to call realty company about dirty pool, Rock and Roll Bar: Windjammer directly across the street, played very loud music Saturday 5-9:30pm - impossible to sleep or talk. Other nights too but not as loud, closest beach access is through the Windjammer bar area but there is a much nicer one next to Casa Margarita.

The Perfect Beach House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was beautiful inside. The outside shower is an enclosure beside the parking area that is under the house; therefore, sunbathers can take a shower and then go upstairs without being seen. Located on the corner of Ocean Blvd with beach access across the street beside Windjammer. Several great bands played there Thurs-Sunday but the music stops at 10:00. Several restaurants & coffee shop are within walking distance.

Great spot for girls trip

We stayed at this house for a college girls trip (all guests in their 50’s). We had 10 people which worked out great for us to not have to use the top bunk beds. The house was great! Loved the kitchen and sitting area, especially the covered porch off the kitchen. It was too hot to sit on the sun deck but that looked great too! Loved the location so close to the beach. First night there was a large tour bus parked out front which wasn’t aesthetically pleasing but was fine. This house might be difficult for a family with little kids who can’t sleep with the noise from the bar across the street. We loved it for our purposes. House was clean and ready an hour early. Only thing was there was some opened food in the pantry left behind from previous people which felt kind of gross to us (chips, pie, cookies). Communication with realty company was excellent. Would love to stay here again!
