We had a wonderful holiday staying at this apartment in Rovinj. Its perfect location in the heart of the old town made exploring easy and enjoyable. We especially loved the balcony, where we watched boats coming and going and enjoyed several breathtaking sunsets. Sanja from the Elim team, who manages the apartment, was very helpful, assisting us with our arrival and transportation. We highly recommend Rovinj as a destination and look forward to returning someday.

The apartment is perfectly located with a fantastic terrace overlooking the harbour which makes up for some short comings. Which are: could be cleaner - the shower was blocked with hair, a tv would be good - but to be fair one isn’t listed, the ac is only in the kitchen, the third bedroom is separate from the main apartment up a flight of stairs with no air conditioning or toilet and no umbrella/shade provided for the terrace.

The location was top. The view marvelous. The host was very friendly, very helpful and flexible about all little and big questions we had. Thank you for this uncomplicated and wonderful time.

Nice appartment at a very good location

We stayed 4 adults and 3 small children in the appartment without any problems. It is located in the heart of Rovinj. Very beautiful old town. It was easy to communicate with the host and They answered all our questions.

Beautiful property in a fabulous location. Straight out the door into the old town. Swimming from the rocks and ledges just outside and lots of gorgeous restaurants. Bike hire was a bonus and boat trips a stone a through away. Lots of stairs to get the apartment by you soon get used to it. Very clean and well laid and the views from the terrace balcony were amazing.

Good place to live !

Lot of beds and place to live, the apartment is pretty and really in the historic center. The climatisation is just in the kitchen ans not in the bedrooms, it's to know this information !

Wonderful spot… so close to the old port area, with shops, restaurants and swimming steps away. Staircase firsts steps are a little dark. We found placing all food and fruit in fridge is best to avoid ants. But the views from all the windows are spectacular and the roof top patio was fantastic!!!! Thank you a wonderful stay filled with great memories!

Wonderful week!

We loved the property in the old town. The lighting at the entrance was a little unnerving but with phone lights it was manageable. Suggest a timed light at the bottom. The location was perfect for the wedding we were there to attend. Thank you.

Perfect old town location.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Would have liked to have a full length mirror and a hair dryer, as we were going to a family wedding and do not have a European adaptable one (we’re from Canada). The third bedroom we didn’t really use because as 4 women, it was a little scary to have to go there alone and lock things up. Would be good to have a second key for that person staying up there. Other than that we were very satisfied with the space! Very clean and comfortable. Can’t beat the location.

Nice apartment- building is just ok

We had a lovely stay in the apartment; however, the building itself is not in great shape. The Lighting makes it difficult to navigate in the evening as the light will only stay on for 60 seconds which is not quite enough to make it up four flights of stairs. The fifth floor apartment is incredibly warm and does not have access to a bathroom.

Alles super, nur kein WiFi.

Tolle Aussicht, nachträgliche Wünsche wurden umgehend erfüllt außer WiFi!! Super zentral, top ausgestattete Küche, ausreichend Platz. Küche und Bad mit getrennten Boilern also kein Problem mit Warmwasser bei gleichzeitigem Duschen und Abwaschen bei vielen Personen. Kontakt mit Vermieter und Agentur super. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden.

Die Lage war einfach nur top. Genau so wollten wir es haben

Die Lage direkt am Hafen in einer kleinen aber dennoch vielseitigen Gasse war entspannt schön. Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft entsprach nicht ganz der Bescheibung. Das Apartment ist wirklich in die Jahre gekommen. Hier wäre eine genauere Beschreibung ehrlicher. Aberempfehlensdennochzuempfehlen

Die Lage direkt am Hafen in einer kleinen, aber vielseitigen Gasse war entspannt und wunderschön. Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft stimmte nicht ganz mit der Beschreibung überein. Die Wohnung ist wirklich in die Jahre gekommen. Eine genauere Beschreibung wäre hier ehrlicher. Aber dennoch empfehlenswert Küche und Bad wurden vor einigen Jahren komplett renoviert. Auch der Rest der Wohnung wurde komplett renoviert, wobei der authentische Charakter, wie der alte Original-Holzboden und die antiken Möbel, erhalten blieben. Viele Mieter finden dies jedoch sehr schön und charaktervoll.

Wir haben uns in der grosszügigen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles, was wir benötigten, war vorhanden. Der Rückzug vor den Touristenströmen in die ruhige Wohnung, das Frühstück auf der sonnigen Terrasse und den Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Vielen Dank an Paul, für die gute Kommunikation, all die hilfreichen Ausflugs-Vorschläge und dass wir bei Ankunft etwas früher in die Wohnung durften!

Perfect for family with teens

Fantastic location and views. The property had everything you need for a holiday. The fact that it's almost two properties - with a bedroom and terrace completely separate from the main apartment - was absolutely perfect for us. But it might be awkward for a bigger group with younger children. Not sure the 'split' nature of the property was really clear from the description. We'd thoroughly recommend Rovinj as a destination and really enjoyed the town and surrounding area.

Positiv: + Vollständige Ausstattung an Geschirr und grundlegenden Kochutensilien sowie -Zutaten + Super Aussicht von der Terrasse + Kurze Wege in die Altstadt, zum Meer, zum Sonnenuntergang + Sicheres Schnorcheln zwischen Hafen und Badefelsen + WLAN funktioniert verlässlich + Die Fenster sind sehr gut schallisoliert (man hört die wochenendliche Party in der Altstadt kaum) und lichtdicht + Die Agentur ist sehr hilfsbereit: u.A. war kurz nach einer Problemmeldung ein Handwerker vor Ort. + Sehr gute Vorab-Information durch den Gastgeber / Vermieter + Die Klimaanlage hat genügend Leistung zur Kühlung der Räume unten + Sehr schöner Wasserzugang im Naturgebiet Negativ: - nichts erwähnenswertes Überraschend: * Zufahrt zum Haus direkt nicht möglich; Gepäcktransport wird benötigt * 4 Etagen sind zu überwinden bis man in der Wohnung ist * Bezahlbarer Parkplatz ist ca. 30 Fußminuten entfernt und nicht bewacht * Geringer Stauraum in Schränken in einem Schlafzimmer

Sommerurlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und somit ideal, um Rovinj zu erkunden. Allerdings ist die Wohnung in einem schlechten Zustand und dazu noch unsauber (Spinnengewebe, Silberfische und Ameisen in der Küche). Von den Wänden im Schlafzimmer bröckelt der Putz. Die Wohnung besitzt eine Klimaanlage in der Küche, was bei sommerlichen Temperaturen sehr positiv ist. Eine Renovierung der Wohnung wäre dringend notwendig!

Familie mit drei großen Kindern (16,18,20)

Alles s in Allem ein sehr schöner und lohnender Urlaub im pittoresken Rovinj.Wirklich eine tolle Lage direkt in der Nähe vom Stadtstrand(große Steine und Felsen zum Sonnen) Das Appartement hat alles was es braucht allerdings nur eine Klimaanlage in der Küche.Die Schlafräume sind bis auf einen in dem ein Lüfter stand, ohne Belüftung.Überall Fenster mit Meerblick aber bei über 35Grad bringt das öffnen keine Erfrischung.Durch das Treppenhaus gelangt man in das Dachgeschosszimmer mit der Dachterrasse.Ein Roller Blick ins das bunte Treiben von Rovinj.Da wäre eine Klimaanlage sehr sinnvoll da es im Hochsommer richtig heiss ist dort oben. Na. Sollte gut zu Fuß sein und fit um die 8Treppen in den 3bzw.4 Stock zu laufen Der Blick belohnt dann aber die Mühen.

Wunderschöner Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Und der Ausblick von der Dachterasse ist einfach nur wunderbar!! Sehr zu empfehlen. Eines der Schlafzimmer ist über einen separaten Eingang zu erreichen, was für uns sehr praktisch war, da man so auch mehr Rückzugsort hat. Für meinen Geschmack ist die Stadt selbst etwas zu touristisch, aber es gibt viele schöne und ruhigere Orte, an die man leicht mit Schiff und Fahrrad kommt...

Rovinj appartement met dakterras

Geweldig uitzicht op dakterras! op jachthaven/zee en katarina eiland. Wel eerst even acht trappen op + daarna twee, maar is de moeite waard! Super locatie: midden in het centrum. Vlakbij kun je zwemmen : 2 locaties: rots strandje/ cocktailbar. Authentieke woning/ niet modern maar wel comfortabel. Bedden zijn goed. Verbleven met 7 personen.
