BIANCO - Apartment is located in the strict city center of Rovinj - in the pedestrian area, just across the street from the local farmers' market and fish market. The main town square is just down the street and the nearest beach is located in 5 minutes walking distance. The apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a vintage traditional Istrian building, it has been completely renovated in 2025 and is equipped with everything you may need during your stay.
The Apartment consists of a spacious bright open space living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine...). On the other side of the room there is a comfortable double bed and another separate bedroom with a double bed. By peeking through the windows you can also catch a glimpse of the sea which is just a few steps away from the apartment. There is also a private bathroom with shower and a washing machine at your disposal.
Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, this apartmentis an ideal place for couples or families to spend the holidays. With the St. Euphemia church, farmer's market, an abundance of dining options and beachline close by, an excellent all round Rovinj experience is assured.
Although our apartment isn't accessible via car as it is situated in the pedestrian area, convenient luggage carts are available to transport your luggage for a small fee. The accommodation doesn't offer a parking place, but the nearest public parking (extra cost) is situated at a distance of 150 m. We can also organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Great stay!

Igor’s place is ideally located for exploring the old town but easily accessible from nearby car parks. The place was comfortable and very clean. We had a slight problem using the cooker but Igor was quick to help.

Glorious residence!

Beautiful apartment right in the center, with everything that you need. Kitchen very well equiped. Very cosy, beds very comfortable and no noise from the street. Many restauramts near by. Parking near old city is challenging, but there are solutions to that also. Igor was very helpful.

Alles in allem gutes Apartment. Leider kein Waschmittel, Spülmittel, Mistbeutel, Kaffeefilter oder Ähnliches. Solange man im Apartment lediglich haust und von Frühstück bis Abendessen alles auswärts konsumiert gut ☺️

Savršena lokacija!

Apartman je na idealnoj lokaciji, iako se nalazi na promtnom dijelu šetališta, izolacija je odlična i u apatmanu se ništa ne čuje. Ispod apartmana je pekara sa odličnim pecivima, restorani, prodavnice , caffe barovi su udaljeni 2-3 minute laganog hoda. Apartman izuzetno čist, prostran, lijepo, uređen. Alesia, dama koja nas je dočekala iznimno ljubazna!

L'appartamento è davvero accogliente, spazioso e arredato con gusto. È dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza in totale comfort. La posizione è eccellente, si trova nel cuore della città, permettendo di raggiungere facilmente a piedi ristoranti, negozi e le principali attrazioni. Nonostante sia in pieno centro, le finestre insonorizzate garantiscono un ottimo isolamento acustico, consentendo di riposare e dormire tranquillamente anche nelle ore di maggiore movimento. Siamo stati accolti da Alessia, una persona estremamente gentile, disponibile e professionale, che parla perfettamente italiano e ci ha fatto sentire i benvenuti fin dal nostro arrivo. Consigliamo vivamente questo fantastico appartamento a chiunque desideri soggiornare in una posizione perfetta, senza rinunciare alla tranquillità e al comfort. Se torneremo in questa città, sarà sicuramente la nostra prima scelta!

Brilliant service!

Wunderschönes Apartment mitten in Rovinj. Perfekte Lage! Es war alles sauber und genau so schön wie auf den Bildern! Vermieter waren sehr nett und schnell erreichbar, Unterkunft war leicht zu finden. Super Ausstattung der Unterkunft und sehr schöne Küche und Bad. Betten waren bequem und hatten eine ausreichende Größe für 4 Personen. Leider waren die Wände sehr hellhörig und die Gäste ober uns waren durchgängig laut. Das war aber der einzige Kritikpunkt. Es war den Preis auf jeden Fall Wert und wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Perfektní, moc se nám v ubytování líbilo.

Ubytování bylo moc pěkné na perfektním místě. Postele byly pohodlné, vybavení bylo dostačující, všude čisto. Krásný výhled z okna na tepající ulici. Příjemná docházková vzdálenost na pláž Balota, do uliček starého města, ke kostelu svaté Eufemie nebo na hlavní nákupní ulici Carera. Přímo v domě byla pekárna a hned naproti potraviny a přes ulici tržnice. Na pláž Mulini se dala objednat doprava elektroautíčkem. Byli jsme moc spokojeni.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Жилье уютное, стильное и продуманное с точки зрения комфорта: и кухня, и ванная, и комнаты. Очень комфортные кровати, качественные удобные матрасы, что немаловажно, когда на них спишь 10 дней. Расположена квартира в центре старого города, все самые красивые места - в 5 минутах ходьбы, набережная в минуте ходьбы. Напротив рыбный магазин и рынок. Улица шумная, но при полностью закрытых окнах звуки не проникают и в квартире тихо. Есть кондиционер, поэтому нам не было жарко. Связь была быстрая, общались с девушкой, представителем от хозяина. Она была милая и приятная, сразу исчерпывающе отвечала на все вопросы. Минусы были незначительные: 1) отсутвие пылесоса, который необходим, когда вы живете в квартире 10 дней и 2) уборщица, которая была неприятна в общении, а также ничего не убирала. Поэтому ни она не пропылесосила, ни мы не могли этого сделать сами из-за отсутсвия пылесоса. Но это мелочи по сравнению с плюсами. Обязательно вернемся еще и вам рекомендуем.
