The apartment suited our family of 4 perfectly! It was very clean, super spacious and in a great location. We especially enjoyed its proximity to La Rambla.

Great apartment in the heart of Barcelona!

Wonderful stay at spacious apartment conveniently located in the Gothic Quarter. Able to walk to many places of interest and restaurants. Perfect for our family of 5! Bonus it also has a washer/dryer.

Great location!

This property in Barcelona is in a great location, just a five minute walk to Placa de Catalunya. It's centrally located near many retail stores, restaurants, and a short distance to the old town. The apartment living area is light filled with plenty of room for four adults.

Fantastic location and a lovely, spacious apartment. Easy to access by public transportation; Aerobús from airport was easy and fast. Nice to have washer/dryer. Highly recommended!

Brilliant location. Exceptionally clean and well laid out apartment. Very big for a 2 bed. Overall pleasant stay and would return.

Overall stay was excellent. Location was perfect. Roomy and comfortable. Everything you needed was within walking distance. The building had a secure entry and building was quiet in the evenings. Great for 4 adults. Only suggestion would be to include a regular coffee maker and a night table for the second bedroom. Would recommend the location.

Perfect Location

Being within walking distance to all the major attractions without the noise... There are two bedrooms, each having privacy. Check in was easy. We used the lift to get out luggage upstairs. The kitchen has everything we needed. Nice dining room table. We will definitely return!

Great location

Short, easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the hop on - hop off tour buses. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The door codes, elevator, and all appliances worked without incident. Check-in was a breeze with the rental agency. Although expected in such a busy central location, noise was not an issue. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment.

Just the perfect spot.

Close to absolutely everything. Blocks away from the Gothic quarter, steps away from La Rambla two metro stops within a block. Clean and comfortable. A bit more communication and providing the check in online site a day early would have avoided us pulling out our passports on the street but we get it. Overall it was excellent.

Good location

This is a great apartment in a nice location. We cut our stay short because they were unable to fix the air conditioning during our stay. But otherwise it would have been just fine for a 5 night stay. The management company was very understanding and offered us a discount for the one night and a refund for the others. They handled this transaction quickly and we were completely satisfied.

Great base

Stayed with friends here. Second bedroom is quite small but has it’s own bathroom and able to be closed off completely for privacy which is nice for couples. Living room large and comfortable. Location (within building) a little confusing. Listed as first floor but actually several flights up. There is a small elevator if you have a lot of luggage.

Barcelona Easter Vacation

Property is ideally located in the central hub of las ramblas. We checked in late for our stay due to our flights but the process was fairly easy. I was a bit disappointed that they weren't flexible with their check out policy by extending it by a couple of hours but understand they had a someone else checking in on the day. Would definitely reconsider booking this apartment again or recommending to friends or family.

Excellent location in Barcelona

This apartment was within walking distance of many sites in Barcelona, and had easy access to transportation within the city. It was modern, comfortable and quite well-appointed other than a very limited number of items in the kitchen such as kitchen towels (none), garbage bags (just 1), dishwasher pods (just 1), etc. The inclusion of these items would have been much appreciated.

Very nice, very clean.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was large and comfortable. It looked like a Ikea showroom. No problems,but there was no way to contact the management company to tell them about the few things that were wrong. The buckled floor heading to the main bedroom,and the 2 burn holes in the couches. these where minor ,but I do not want to be charged for things I did not do.

Misleading

The only good thing about this apartment is the location. El apartment itself is very outdated, secondary bedroom was like jail cell, barely big for the bed, no nightstand or furnishings of any kind and the bathroom was even worse, extremely tiny and very outdated, no place to put shampoo, soap or anything. It’s just very sad ! No coffee maker, floor were warped, the views from the bedroom windows opened up to a really nasty overgrown courtyard. The lobby of the building has a sewer smell 24/7. On the plus side, it had a good air conditioning, modern keypad for door entry and location was great. I would not recommend this place, go somewhere else. This is not worth the money.
