Belle moderne 2016 maison avec plancher en bambou, salles de bains mises à jour et tous les nouveaux appareils / mobilier. Venez vous détendre sur l'un des trois ponts spectaculaires donnant à la fois sur le lagon et la réserve naturelle de la faune. Salon de l'eau ou de dîner et des cocktails sur la terrasse entièrement meublée avec barbecue à gaz. Beaucoup d'espace de vie ... dort six confortablement dans les chambres. Les hébergements comprennent 2 salles de bains et une douche extérieure. Propriété est livré avec un accès de cloison et de l'eau pour les bateaux, jet-skis, ou tout autre jouets de l'eau qui peuvent fournir le plaisir des sports nautiques pour toute la famille. plages de Long Island Beach sont à 5 minutes. Ceci est parfait pour les familles, les pêcheurs, toute personne qui apprécie les superbes vues sur l'eau, les couchers de soleil, les promenades dans la nature, le vélo et les plages. Il est également parfait pour l'emplacement des nuitées avant / après les mariages ou d'autres événements spéciaux sur l'île de Long Beach. Pour le prix d'une chambre d'hôtel, vous avez accès à une maison entière ainsi qu'à un bel espace extérieur.

Very clean, beautiful home with awesome amenities. Very comfortable and accommodating.

My wife and boys had a great time. The house was beautiful, lots of amenities, very comfortable and accommodating. Lots of space for family time, and plenty of spots for one while reading a book. The owner was excellent, quick with responses to questions, and we said we can’t wait until we return. Excellent time!!!

Beautiful place on the water

Great view from the deck! Close to the beach, nice neighborhood! Kenneth was great to work with- got back to me within a couple of hours with any questions I had leading up to our stay. It was a girls trip and we all had so much fun! It was our first home away experience and it was a good one! Thanks!

Spacious home - never wanted to leave

The house was so pleasant and beautifully decorated. There was room for plenty of people to sleep. We entertained using the BBQ and the kitchen. There is seating at the bar area and kitchen table. It was perfect. There were so many ways to hang outside.. back and front balconies, the dock… I would love to go back for a longer stay

Wedding Weekend

We enjoyed our stay and everything was as stated in the description. Only change was a Keurig Machine for coffee rather than a coffee pot but we are a fan of Keurig. The owner was very accommodating allowing us to check in early on Friday in order to attend a afternoon cocktail get together on Friday.

Wedding Weekend

We had a wedding to attend on LBI and this home worked out perfectly. It is extremely nice. Very clean and well appointed. The mattress in the master bedroom was so comfortable!! We enjoyed our stay very much. Kenneth, the owner, always responded to our email inquiries in a timely fashion and was very accommodating to our needs. Good location -- it is a Lovely home. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great Home

Spacious home with great beds, slept like a dream! This home was up to date with modern appliances. The decor was simple and clean which was easy on the eye and no clutter. Easy access keypad. Looks newly renovated and may still be adding to their inventory of amenities. Suggest inquiring for particular items if your planning on doing extensive cooking and such. Great hot water, no problems taking showers with all the girls. Would love to stay again.

Terrific Home

We found this home to be spacious, comfortable, and clean. Having breakfast on the deck overlooking the quiet canal was a pleasant way to start the day. We spent our days at the beach, and it was an easy drive - sometimes a bit of traffic, but the distance is short enough that we never felt that to be much of an inconvenience. The kitchen is not overly well equipped. We kept or cooking fairly simply, and found for that the only thing really lacking was a couple of cutting boards. Bring your own beach towels, or do as we did and buy $3 towels at the nearby Walmart.

Pictures looked great, but they must have been taken ages ago. the property was worn and in great need of an update. There were no garbage bags and it took 6 hrs for the owner to leave me a message. There was dirty bedding laundry in two of the the closets.

Family thanksgiving/birthday trip

Everything was as listed. I didn’t give in a 5 because there is only a couch which fits 4 people. The living room has no chairs. So if you have more than 4 people , we are sitting at the counter trying to watch TV (football). No dish towels in the kitchen. The heat downstairs is not good. Very chilly. I would suggest renting only in the warm months.
