This 3 bedroom home is in a GREAT location, near the bridge in Ship Bottom. It’s central to everything on LBI, making it easy to come and go as you explore the island. It’s on a large corner lot with a fenced in back yard perfect for entertaining. Enjoy summer nights hanging out in the yard~ there is a grill, outdoor shower, picnic table, dining table, and a Tiki Bar!

A short walk to the beach, and it’s also close to the bay beach (which is great for younger kids). *The house is located up the street from the Ship Bottom boat ramp, you won’t want to miss a VERY convenient walk up the street to the FREE & FUN Thursday night summer concerts! The beach, Wawa, CVS, Ron Jon’s, a crabbing pier, and a playground are all in walking distance, as well as Hotel LBI for roof top dining! Close to restaurants, pizza, donuts, bagels, mini golf, and ice cream, there is so much to do! This home is in an excellent location if you are attending a wedding at Hotel LBI or Cedar Bonnet Island.

This house was perfect for a winter weekend with our two kids. Maureen was so helpful, responsive and flexible. The house has everything you need and nice clean surfaces for all your belongings. We had a great stay at the cottage. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to everything. The house was very nice. The host was great and very communicative. Close to both the ocean and Bayside - our kids especially loved the bay beach, which was only about a three block walk

Wonderful cottage!

A relaxing stay in a fantastic location! Quiet and peaceful, the cottage was great for our family of four. Centrally located to all the fun that LBI has to offer and the cottage had everything that we needed to feel right at home. Maureen’s great tips were very appreciated (online orders at Wawa so you can get onto the beach fast, for instance!) Highly recommend this home for a short or long vacation at LBI.

Great pet-friendly cottage

Enjoyed our stay in this clean, pet-friendly cottage. The house is perfect for our family of six and a golden retriever. The best part of the house is the backyard - perfect for our fur-baby and for hanging out after the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house and close to many things

Our family had a great time staying here. The backyard was wonderful and our dogs loved it. It was within walking distance of many places, Baker's Port Hole, The Local Market and Kitchen, LBI Table, Country Corner Farm Market and Hotel LBI. Also the Thursday night concert was fun and also within walking distance. Would definitely recommend staying here

To the beach.

The property was set up very well for our family. The backyard with the tiki bar gave us the ability to spend time together as a family. Very close to the beach and to the bay.

Fantastic week

We had a fantastic stay! Close to the beach and a block from the bay which is beautiful. We love LBI. Maureen is very responsive. Highly recommend. The back fenced yard was perfection for our sweet dog.

Beach haven heaven

We stayed in Beach Haven for a friends wedding celebration. The house was beautifully decorated. They provided us with everything that we needed. The backyard was very nice, tiki bar and all. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. The owners were very lovely people. I’ve given an A+

Home away from home

My husband and I stayed here over the holidays during the off season. Everything was exactly as stated and pictured. Great central location with lots of great restaurants, and a close walk to the beach. Bonus my dog loved the backyard. I ran into an issue with my car and the owner was great to work with and quick to respond.

Week Getaway

Adorable house but it does not sleep 6 2 bedrooms appropriate for a couple and the other very tiny with small twin bed It is clean and cute and the yard makes it!

Lovely Cottage

Family thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful cottage. Perfect location immediately off the LBI bridge walking distance to so many places. Appreciated being able to bring our family dog. Thursday night boat ramp concert was fun. Thanks for having a fully stocked home ready for us. Large backyard is a huge plus!

Amazing shore week

The house is fantastic, exactly as pictured/described. Clean, comfortable, and an easy trip to both the bay beach and the regular beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make our meals. The best part might be the backyard - we loved eating dinner with the family back there and relaxing on the hammock. The host was communicative and made such a great effort to make sure we had a wonderful week - hope to come back and stay next summer!

Clean & modern

Clean and well stocked with paper products etc. Nice that they have a linen service and that the backyard is equipped for a party (tiki bar etc). Easier to drive to the beach than walk.
