Casa Anastasia Positano - Vue sur la mer

Casa Anastasia est à 5 minutes à pied (115 escaliers et rue) des bars, restaurants, magasins, arrêts de bus et de taxis.
En 15-20 minutes à pied, le long des rues et escaliers caractéristiques, vous arrivez au centre et à la plage ou en 5 minutes en bus local.
3 chambres (deux chambres avec lit double et une avec deux lits simples)

1 cuisine spacieuse (avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner) salon spacieux
2 terrasses avec vue mer, transat, table, chaises et barbecue
Toutes les chambres sont climatisées.


Taxe de séjour à régler sur place à l'arrivée:
du 1er avril au 31 octobre, 1,50 EUR par personne et par nuit. Les frais ne sont pas dus pour les enfants de moins de 10 ans.

Casa Anastasia a été entièrement restaurée en 2015 par les mains habiles du propriétaire qui a conservé le style caractéristique de Positano.
Confortable et équipé de tout le confort.

Pour atteindre la maison depuis la route principale (via Guglielmo Marconi), vous devez descendre environ 115 marches.
L'accès à la maison se fait par une avenue partagée avec d'autres propriétaires, une fois que vous avez traversé l'avenue, vous entrez dans la Casa Anastasia. Par un petit escalier (environ 10).

Les clients auront accès à toute la maison, la petite terrasse devant la maison et la terrasse sur le toit, le seul espace partagé est le petit escalier qui donne accès à la propriété et une petite étendue de terrasse qui permet au propriétaire d'accéder à l'appartement au rez-de-chaussée, qui est couvert par un séparateur.


Dans la localité, à 2 km du centre de Positano, situation ensoleillée, surélevée, à 2 km de la mer, à 2 km de la plage, dans la verdure. Escalier de la rue principale à la maison (115 marches). Magasins, épicerie, restaurants 300 m, centre à 15 minutes à pieds, arrêt du bus 100 m, ferry "Positano" 2 km, plage de sable "Spiaggia Grande" 2 km, centre de plongée 2 km. Port de plaisance 2 km, chemins de randonnées pédestres depuis la maison 200 m.

Great Location!

A couple friends and I stayed for a week and the house is located about 15-20 min walk from downtown Positano. There’s a bus stop very close by and a ton of great places to eat! I would highly recommend staying here!

March 2019 Positano Trip

We stayed in late March 2019 and the location and place was ideal. It is very good sized with a big kitchen and living area along with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths so perfect for our family! The views from the large terrace were amazing and the location was a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely stay again for our next trip to Positano!

Wonderful home in positano

My partner and I had a wonderful stay in positano. Luisa was more than accommodating to help us throughout our stay. The home was lovely and had a beautiful view of the sea. We thoroughly enjoyed the dinner we made one night while staying there and enjoyed it on the private terrrace at sunset. It was only steps to the beach, shopping and wonderful restaurants. I highly recommend staying here.

Amazing views and great host

I can't imagine a more beautiful view anywhere in the world. If you are staying in Positano, definitely stay here. Luisa was so accommodating and helpful. I felt very comfortable that anything I needed she would help with. I love Italy and Positano is my favorite city.

Luisa was amazing! She met us when we arrived and showed us around, had a great map of Positano (which is very helpful) and checked in to make sure things were going well. The property is really nice - super clean, quiet, and just as the pictures showed - it was really nice sized as well. Location was great and Luisa gave us some great tips on where to go for restaurants and groceries. Would highly recommend this property in Positano!

Pleasant stay in Positano with lots of exercise

Great place to stay if you are fit and can climb stairs. Fabulous views. Tremendous service from Luisa who met us our parking garage and helped carry the bags up to the apartment. She also arranged for a in-home manicure. Overall a great value for Positano.

Beautiful home!

This home is everything we could have wanted! Beautiful living area and rooftop porch area! The host is very nice and helpful! LOTS of steps down to the beach but the house is right in front of a bus stop (only about 100 steps up which is nothing in Positano lol). Wish I could live here!

The house was close to the markets, bus stop and restaurants. We enjoyed the comfort of this house and the 2 bathrooms was very useful. Luisa was an excellent host, providing us with lots of key communication from the moment we left Pompeii in order to arrive at her house with no problem. She took the time to describe the area, the transportation options and so much more. We really enjoyed our time in Positano and would reserve this property again in the future.

Holiday in Positano

Luisa & Nunzia were great host. They responded to our question and needs very promptly . Check in was easy as Luisa kindly meet us at the fish market with a porter (on request). The property is a beautiful with lots of architectural elements. The online photo are accurate. Nice touch is the moka and coffee to get us started in the morning. Over all a lovely apartment and responsive host.

Magical Place in Positano

My family and I stayed for 4 days at Luisa’s apartment, which was beautifully situated overlooking Positano. The space was perfect for 4 adults with a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was walkable to the town square, beach, local attractions, and all the restaurants. At the same time, we had privacy and felt removed from the big crowds. The view was incredible, and Luisa was a gracious and attentive host. We traveled from Rome to Naples, and had a private driver pick us up at the Naples Train Station. Positano is a magical place, and we cannot wait to visit again.

Spacious Apartment

The 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious and has great views! We enjoyed the beautiful upstairs terrace. The kitchen is spacious and the refrigerator is a regular size. I also liked that it had 2 bathrooms. The communication with Luisa was the best I’ve ever had with any VRBO property contact, she is super friendly & reliable. She gave us many recommendations and even got us a porter to take our luggage up at the end of our trip. The only negative comment I have are the beds - they are the worst beds I’ve ever stayed on. The mattress felt like we were sleeping directly on the floor, we stayed 5 nights and by the end of the trip my back was so sore. To the owner - you have a great apartment just please invest on good mattresses I would not stay here again for that reason alone.

Excellent Stay at Casa Anastasia!

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Positano I definitely recommend staying here at Casa Anastasia! Luisa and her husband were very kind and welcoming. This was our first time on the Almafi coast so we went to Luisa for questions/ recommendations we had. She was very informative and helpful- especially with travel and transportation suggestions! Her husband who was also very kind, was waiting on the main road for us at our arrival and showed us down to the property. He helped us with some of our luggage and welcomed us into their property. The place itself in my opinion is the perfect location. Although Positano is known for their many steps, Casa Anastasia isn’t too far from restaurants and shops making the stairs bearable. Their place is also very close to a bus stop so if stairs are not for you, there are other options of transportation close by. I also recommend walking along the street up or down if you get tired of climbing the stairs. The property itself was perfect for my boyfriend and the other couple we stayed with. It had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, an ideal set up for the four of us! The stay also offers a private terrace with a beautiful outlook of the ocean. I would definitely recommend taking advantage of that amenity. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our trip to Italy. I definitely would suggest this place to whoever is vacationing in Positano. Without a doubt, will book again if we come back!

Lovely property with great views from the terrace.

This property is very welcoming and comfortable. The host is a doll. She helped our driver from the minute we arrived In Naples. The pictures were accurate. The best view was from a patio up above the place, probably about 20 step up but a great place to have breakfast or a drink at sunset. If you can’t do stairs you will not enjoy this unit or Positano. We counted 700 steps to the beach. Everyone of them we enjoyed. Operationally the unit was very good. She had a nice washing machine, and a functional kitchen. The fridge was the worst and very noisy. Check before you go to be sure to has been fixed or replaced. Otherwise it was fabulous!

Great trip, Luisa was very responsive and accommodating

It was our first time visiting Positano so we had lots of questions. Luisa was very responsive and was able to let us know about nearby markets, pharmacies, beach clubs, etc. She was there to greet us when we checked in and show us around. The property is about a 15-20 minute walk from the town center which was very easy to get to (as long as you can deal with several flights of stairs). Overall we had a great stay!

The property was excellent and the host was incredibly helpful during the entire stay and to our trip as a whole. We had a great experience and we definitely recommend this property. While a bit hard to walk from the city center, very easy to use buses are available.

Wonderful visit

Our Christmas in Positano was perfect. The apartment, its location (close to groceries, bus stops) and Luisa’s help (internet and taxis) all made for a relaxing and fun family vacation. It’s a quiet time in the town over Christmas. No crowds to worry about. Only a few (but good) restaurants open. Cooking in the apartment was easy.
