Cottage romantique de style plage Ă  quelques minutes de la plage historique de Charleston et de Folly!

Si vous aimez vivre sur l'ßle et que vous cherchez une escapade romantique unique, vous allez adorer notre propriété. Avec un thÚme des Caraïbes, vous pourrez profiter de votre séjour avec nous dans un cadre trÚs privé. Notre chalet confortable dispose de deux chambres mais tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous détendre et vous détendre. L'espace extérieur est tropical avec des fruits et des bananiers le long du chemin menant à la piscine privée et au solarium pour votre plaisir. La musique est également un plaisir supplémentaire autour de la piscine avec un systÚme de son extérieur. La douche de jardin (et seule douche) est juste devant les portes du chalet, complÚtement privée et unique comme vous pouvez le voir sur les photos. Nos clients ont une entrée privée au chalet à l'arriÚre de la propriété. Il y a un porche confortable avec des chaises Adirondack et un hamac pour se détendre. Vélos, chaises de plage, planche de surf, glaciÚre et planches de bodyboard sont fournis pour votre plaisir de plage. La propriété est située sur une impasse calme sans bruit, sauf pour les oiseaux chanteurs gazouillis le matin. Courte 8 minutes en voiture de Folly Beach ou du centre-ville historique de Charleston. De nombreux invités célÚbrent les lunes de miel, les anniversaires, les remises de diplÎmes et d'autres événements de Charleston tout au long de l'année. Une longue liste de choses à faire ainsi que des restaurants préférés sont fournis par les anciens clients ainsi que la famille et les amis. The place was cute and cozy. A lot smaller than I anticipated, but it works. I didnt pay attention to the VRBO ad that the shower is outside, so that is important to know, especially in the colder months.

It is the perfect couples’ getaway! The house is absolutely adorable and the garden shower is so relaxing! The location of the house is great, a short drive to either the beach or downtown Charleston. We will definitely be back.

Ken and Christine were absolutely amazing! When arriving at the property we felt as though we were pulling into our own driveway. The cottage was absolutely perfect for my lady and I. Over the weekend we got engaged and we couldn't have picked a better place to come back to afterwards and relish in the moment. "The Sanborn's EST. 2025" now lives forever on the surfboard. We cannot wait to come back!

Fantastic Anniversary Rental

Kokomo Cottage was the perfect stay for my girlfriend and I’s anniversary! We loved the intimacy of the space, the proximity to downtown Charleston/Folly Beach, and the pool. Would recommend to any couple who wants to spend a romantic getaway in the Charleston area!

My wife and I visited for our 20 year anniversary and Kokomo Cottage was exactly as advertised. The property was clean, bed was comfy, and the amenities provided everything we needed. We really enjoyed the centralized location to everything. We were able to visit multiple breweries, Folly Beach, Downtown Charleston, and many great local restaurants. Our host was very responsive and also provided a local guidebook with things to do ect, which was a nice touch. It was perfect for a weekend getaway to go and get lost.

Cozy stay for our beach getaway

My partner and I had a relaxing stay at the Kokomo cottage during our visit to Charleston. We very much enjoyed the backyard space and access to the pool and tiki bar that Ken and Christine have to offer. The mattress in the cottage was very comfortable and the rest of the cottage was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended for a couple getaway!

Riverbend Music Festival

We had a lovely stay, and the location was an easy UBER Ride from the venue. Outdoor Shower did not disappoint event on a chilly morning. Will definitely stay there again. The Hosts were lovely and nonobtrusive.

WHAT AN AMAZING PROPERTY. We will certainly be back many times over on our annual trip to Charleston. This property owner created an amazing cottage / space on the back of their property with so much attention to detail. Very Private. Enjoyed the pool area each day, our cottage had great AC/air plow. So many vibey pieces of art. The OUTDOOR SHOWER was huge and had plants in it and was just a dream. We got to enjoy the outdoor seating & tables and overall had a magical 3 days/nights here. We will be back an this is our new spot to stay in Charleston. Very close to beaches, downtown and great restaurants and all the sites. 10-15 mins gets you anywhere you need to be. Highly recommend!

Hello fellow travelers! My wife and I have been living here in Charleston for 10 years and feel it's the best place either of us ever called home. We love hosting to allow others to come and enjoy this island area we have come to love. My wife Christine has been a flight attendant with Delta for over 18 years and recently retired. I have recently escaped the corporate world and do handyman work around the islands to stay busy. We moved here from Atlanta where we lived for over 25 years and wouldn't live anywhere else! There are so many fun things to do here, we never get bored!

The property is in a great area on James Island on a quiet cul-de-sac. Just minutes to the beach or minutes to downtown Charleston. You will have plenty of privacy and will enjoy a relaxing atmosphere here at the cottage. You will have a private entrance and plenty of privacy. That's why we have so many couples stay here and escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. It's quiet here, but only minutes to shopping, bars, restaurants and charming downtown Charleston.
