We had an awesome time here during our trip to Charleston. The whole place was super clean, from the bedrooms and bathroom to the outside of the property. Everything was incredibly comfortable, too—especially the beds and the couch, which was perfect for winding down at the end of the day.We also really loved the gated setup and the fully fenced-in backyard, which gave us a ton of privacy and just made the place feel secure. Honestly, everything inside and out was spot on. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Sorry about that. There are usually additional towels located in the built in cabinets but we apologize if there were not. We are always able to drop more off pretty quickly.

Perfect getaway!

Lovely spot and great location on James Island. Perfect place to come back to after a day of beach and exploring Charleston. Super easy check in and check out process, and the hosts were proactively communicative and super friendly. Highly recommend!

Perfect in between

We loved this stay! It was the perfect spot in between Folly and Charleston. Although we didn't hang around the property too much due to a wedding, it was comfortable enough for 5 people and would have been a cool place to hang and cook dinner. I would definitely stay here again.

Very Cozy

We loved our stay at this property! The beds were comfortable, it was clean, private and well stocked! It is located right between Charleston and Folly Beach—just a few minutes from either. There is so much to do in this area, and we hope to stay again!

Perfect Location

Stayed here to visit my son who recently moved to Charleston. The space was perfect and within driving distance of many points of interest. It had everything you could ask for. The bed was so.....comfy and the shower was wonderful. The property was very clean. The beach chairs were a nice feature. We will be back .

This newly renovated, 2 bedroom attached apartment with private entrance is conveniently located on James Island, 10 min to Folly beach or 12 min to Downtown. Comfortably sleeps 4-5 adults with two memory-foam Queen beds, one futon, full kitchen and bath. The large fenced in backyard is shaded by grand oak trees and provides ample space for parking vehicles, trailers, campers & boats. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a portable bluetooth speaker are among available for guest's use.
