Delightful holiday apartment with free wifi & A/C, close to the award winning Burriana beach & the famous Balcon de Europa in the town centre.



Nº14 is a ground floor apartment with good access. Accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms (1 double & 1 twin) both with fitted wardrobes & A/C. The master bedroom has a wall mounted TV & direct access to the terrace.

The fitted kitchen is well equipped with full fridge/freezer, washing machine & oven.

The lounge/dining room has a large flat screen LED TV, free fibre optic wifi, sofas & dining area. Direct access to the sun terrace.



Guests have the use of the superb community swimming pool & tropical gardens.



All located just a short walk from Burriana beach



Free street parking close by.



Nerja! The jewel of the Costa del Sol. Probably the best climate in Europe!



Nerja is a coastal town at the foot of the Almijara mountains with a long tradition of fishing and agriculture. The fishermen still pull their nets ashore on Burriana beach and fresh produce can still be bought from the doorways of local people´s houses. The weekly market (Tuesdays) attracts many traders and shoppers from all over the region and the town centre has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere with many lovely shops and tapas bars & restaurants. Something for everyone!

Excellent stay (second time and will return)

This is a beautiful property in a perfect location for the Burriana beach. The pool is excellent and the appartment well equipped and convenient. Highly recommended. CGN rentals were also great in terms of helping us with arrivals and departures.

Ideal Location

Simple and well maintained property in a fantastic location. All facilities for a comfortable stay are provided and the terrace overlooks a lovely pool and garden area. Perfect for the beach, shops and bars/restaurants - both locally and in Nerja town itself. First time to Nerja and we were very impressed and look forward to returning soon.

Perfect stay in the best lovation

Well equipped apartment, great grounds and pool. Very comfortable stay. A couple of bottles of water, coffee sachets and milk would be great. As we didn't get a food delivery until the next day and we have a welcome pack with most other holiday providers in nerja. Also as we dont hire a car, the gas bottle should be checked and changed ready for the new people.

Thank you very much for your positive review. As these are self-catering properties we don't include welcome packs unless you specifially ask for them. As nowadays half of the people are gluten intolerant, the other half lactose intolerant and many people don't drink coffee at all, it has become difficult to know what each new family requires. That's the main reason why we don't have these packs anymore at all.

Great holiday

Liked the location of the apartment within the complex. Privacy, safety, location re beach, lovely clean pool and surrounding area. 2 bath towels each instead of one.

Burriana Beach Break

Great location in a lovely complex, lots of space to sunbathe & swim. Very handy for the beach & restaurants Had to try a few lock boxes to find the key - maybe a picture of the one to the apartment in the notes

Great little apartment. Has everything you need for a young family. The apartment is on the ground floor and can access the pool via balcony area (we jumped over the small wall).Less than 10 minutes walk to the local beach with shops and restaurants. Perfect location to reach local amenities on foot.W

Great Second Visit

We made our second visit to Jardines de Burriana 14 and had another excellent time. This time we had an 18 month old with us and the apartment worked well with the cot and the high chair all provided as requested. The proximity to beach and the town is what makes this apartment attractive along with clean and tidy facilities and a lovely terrace / garden area.

Great location for the spectacular Nerja New Year celebrations

Convenient for Burriana beach with its full range of bars and restaurants. Not far from Nerja town. Well designed apartment, fully equipped. Lovely bedding for the cooler nights. Easy parking on the road. More light in the kitchen?
