Spacious Townhouse Villa with Private Pool and Air-Con 200m from Burriana Beach

Thanks very much for you comments. We can only re-iterate our reply to previous reviews. A spacious property with one of the best locations in the Burriana area, quite possibly the nearest property to the beach with its own pool,

Thanks very much for your review. The house is always popular, especially with its own pool and so near the beach. We are pleased to welcome so many Scandinavian guests throughout the year.

Thanks very much for your review. The house is always popular, being so near the beach. Being an older property (though much modernised), it is larger than many of the more modern dwellings in the vicinity. We hope to hear from you again, if at any time you visit Nerja in the future.

Thanks very much for your review. The house is always popular, being the nearest property to the beach with its own pool. Even in October, the Nerja weather is still hot and sunny, for those looking for a late holiday.

Probably the nearest property to the beach with it's own pool, hence its popularity. Being an older house, we've modernised pretty well all aspects of it, to make it an ideal stay for a Nerja vacation.

The location makes the house a popular choice, being so close to the beach. It's a bit longer through the narrow streets of the old town to the centre, but worth the walk of about fifteen minutes.

Thanks for your review. It's probably the nearest property to the beach with its own pool, so always popular.

Thanks for you review, which has only just been enabled, hence our delayed response. We reckon it's the nearest property to the beach with it's own pool, so always very popular.

Thanks very much for your comments. The villa is always popular, probably the nearest house to Burriana Beach which has its own private pool. Being set back from the road, it's generally unaffected by the lively activities which might be generated by a nearby beach front location.. We hope to hear from our guests again, if at any time they visit Nerja in the future.

Our location so near the beach and its amenities, plus our large living and dining room, makes it ideal for everyone, especially families.

Thanks for your review and we're pleased to note that you enjoyed your stay.. The staircase down to our third bedroom is a bit narrow, with a bend, so toddlers do require supervision. The Town Hall works at the end of the 'Community' garden are temporary, due to be finished in the next few weeks.

Thanks very much for your review. The house is always popular, being probably the nearest property to the beach with its own pool. Our taxi transfer service also enables a trouble-free arrival after what is usually a tiring journey through the airports!

Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. The house is always popular, being probably the nearest property to the beach with its own pool. Being an older, but much modernised, Burriana property, it is more spacious than many newer developments.

Thanks for your comments. The house is always popular, being quite probably the nearest property to the beach with its own pool.

Thanks for your review. With arrivals at all times of the day and night these days, a little something for guests to get started is always appreciated.

'Alamar' is always very popular, one of the nearest properties to Burriana Beach with its own pool, plus the additional advantage of being an easy walk into the centre of town. You don't really need a car, if you're just going to relax locally. Our agent in Nerja is more than happy to arrange the transfer from Malaga Airport.

We're always pleased to hear positively from guests, especially at the start of their holiday, as we know first impressions are important. The pool can be a little chilly early season, as Nerja gets its water from the mountains, but children love our private pool at all times of the year.

Always a popular choice for those looking for a prime location and their own pool, in the Burriana area.

Thanks very much for your very comments. The house is always popular, being probably the nearest property to the beach with its own pool. It's location also enables guests to avoid the hassle and cost of car hire, being within easy reach of the town centre.

Thanks very much for your review., we are always pleased to see repeat guests. Being so near the beach and town centre, reduces the need for car hire, so many of our guests ask us to arrange a taxi from the airport. Our late-night arrivals are always especially pleased to see a 'welcome pack'. We look forward to hosting Mary again sometime in the future.

Thanks very much for your review. The house is always popular, being quite probably the nearest property to the beach with its own pool. The bar and restaurants along the promenade offer a varied mix of styles and cuisines, all within easy walking distance of the house. We look forward to our guests returning at some future stage.

Thanks very much for your review. The house is always very popular, being probably the nearest property to the beach with its own pool. It is also more spacious than many in the area., with a large living room ideal for all the family. The terrace with its built-in bar-b-q and gated pool area is again, ideal for all the family. Many of our guests are repeats, dating back to 2002, but we're always pleased to welcome new guests.

We have been renting property through Home Away and its predecessor Holiday-Rentals, both in Nerja and the French Alps for 29 years. Never have we experienced a more difficult client, whose claims are not only false, but we believe are libellous. We have considered taking the matter to court, but we really haven't got the time or interest. We would refer potential renters to recent reviews, just prior to this guest. Subsequent guests, whom we visited in person, have been more than happy and a recent viewing, a fortnight after this guest, has resulted in a reservation in 2018. We have every confidence in our property and our team in Nerja. To all potential renters, feel free to contact us for any concerns you may have.

We will pass on your comment about the grill and the glasses. Nobody has ever reported a shortage of crockery and cutlery. We are sutprised you say there is an absolute minimun, when there is only two of you, it is equipped for six.. We do not advertise TV, other than through guests own system. The wi-fi has not been hacked, it is usually between 30-40 Mb and is connected to the national 4G Spanish telephone system over which we have no control.. The air con units are reversible to supply heat and they are more than adequate for the winter. In case of very cold weather, our agent can supply convector heaters, if guests make contact. In the unlilely event our agent is unavailable, we can be easily contacted in the UK., which we were not. In the event of a complaint, we request guests contact us at the time, as opposed to complaints four weeks after. Our current winter guests have no wi-fi problems, or an issue with any other of the comments in this review
