We really appreciate your feedback and will look into the air conditioning and the missing TV cable to help ensure a better experience for future guests. Regarding the departure time, we would just like to clarify that the standard check-out time is 10:00 am, as stated in the listing and in the information provided before arrival. Our cleaning team arrived at 10:00 am as scheduled and waited outside the property to allow you time to leave. As the property had not yet been vacated, shortly before 10:30 am they asked whether they could start cleaning any areas that were no longer being used, in order to make a start on the cleaning. We had other guests arriving that same day, and as the villa is a large property, we need sufficient time to prepare it properly for the next guests. This is why the 10:00 am check-out time is in place and is not arbitrary. We’re sorry if this made you feel uncomfortable, as that was certainly not our intention. We’re glad, however, that we were able to retrieve and return the items you accidentally left behind. Thank you again for your feedback and for recommending the villa.
