We love this home! This was our second stay here and we plan to return. The house was immaculate and the hosts were extremely thoughtful and attentive. The views are unmatched and it was so awesome to be on the beach. This time we brought our dog and she loved staring at the water. Although they have a chef's kitchen, if you don't feel like cooking, the Greek restaurant across the street is delicious.

This is truly an amazing property. It’s beautifully laid out with all of the amenities that someone would want in a luxury vacation home destination. It’s also positioned right in front of Charles Island and our first morning, we woke up at sunrise and because it was low tide we walked out onto the island. It’s very magical. While we didn’t do a lot of cooking, the kitchen is ideal for feeding lots of people. The living room and dining area are very spacious. the fireplace and lots of sunlight warm up the whole open floor plan.We also enjoyed the hot tub in the master suite. Most of all we enjoyed sitting on the deck, facing the beach and enjoying the south facing sun 
all day long.The owners are great communicators and do everything to make your stay special one. We will be back!
This is the land bridge that goes out to Charles Island at low tide.

Unobstructed ocean view/access. Woke up each morning to sunrise view of ocean and Charles island. House was easy to find and everything was as advertised. Clean, spacious, stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen. Milford had multiple great restaurant options (we suggest Seven Seas) and was nearby to New Haven For pizza and Italian.

Graduation Getaway

This was the perfect graduation getaway for my family. We have rented via VRBO before and this is among the top stays we have ever had! From the property, to its location and amenities, to the kindness and communication with the property owners, it was all fantastic!! The house is exquisite and there’s nothing that it doesn’t have. Its prime location and the views from the house, the deck, and the master bedroom are breathtaking. The property owners were incredibly helpful with advice about the area and even left a special gift celebrating my daughter’s college graduation. The house, its location, and amenities made the graduation celebration even more special and memorable!!

Fantastic Family Trip

Location cannot be beat! Beautiful Sunrises! Amazing views from the house out to the beach and the island. Chef’s kitchen with everything we needed to cook for our group of 6. Master suite has a private deck. Master bath has large jacuzzi tub. Off street parking under the house for our cars. Hosts were wonderful.

Family Celebration

We rented the house as our family was in town for our daughter's college graduation and wanted us to all stay together to enjoy our weekend. The house was spectacular and the hosts thought of every possible detail to make it a great experience. From the thoughtful bottle of wine and prosecco as a welcome gift to waters by the bedside and toiletries in the bathroom, we were provided with a 5+ experience. The views from the house were stunning and we enjoyed a daily walk along the beach. It was the perfect venue for a special weekend. We would highly recommend.

Ladies annual beach week

5 of us “mature” women have been taking a beach vacation every September for 13 years at the CT shore. Victor and Kim’s house is the nicest house we have stayed in! It is a beautiful house, decorated with thought and attention to detail. The kitchen lacks nothing. The beach is very easy to walk and the view is delightful. I will also add that Victor was very prompt in answering any question we had. It was a pleasure to spend a week here and we will return!

Great home and location!

My family and I rented this home during my son's graduation from Yale. We could not have made a better choice! The owners were just awesome to deal with and great communicators! I highly suggest this home as a departure from staying in New Haven for the Yale festivities. Having our stay here, allowed for us to host friends and family over for a wonderful celebration! The home was very clean and very new! Absolutely loved it!
