Just back from a weekend in Milford. We just loved Tina's house. It is adorable, nicely furnished, well equipped and very clean. The location is perfect. 2 blocks to the beach, coffee shop, ice cream and market. We will definitely go back.

Very clean and sunny beach home, super convenient location with walkable restaurants, little grocery, super coffee shop. The beds were very comfortable and the heating worked quickly and efficiently. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay and the house was well appointed and accommodated our family nicely with very comfortable beds. The yard was like a slice of paradise and worked great for us and our little lapdog. The location is ideal and close to the water and local shops and the Tides venue.

The cottage was clean, well-appointed, and in close proximity to the water as well as many excellent dining options. During our stay, we visited the Silver Sands State Park and the Peabody Museum at Yale University. We also appreciated that this rental allows pets and has a fenced-in area, so the entire family could enjoy their stay!

The host, Tina, was extremely responsive with questions. The house was super clean and comfortable for our group of 7. The location was perfect! We were able to jog on the boardwalk and walk to the coffee shop and local eateries. Would HIGHLY recommend.

A cute cottage house that makes you feel cozy and at home right away. Quiet neighborhood by the beach. We had fun riding the bikes and relaxing in the beautiful backyard.

Fabulous location, close to the beach in a very walk-able, nice neighborhood. This is a home lovingly decorated in a beachy style and filled with the personal effects of the owner. In that light it felt fairly cluttered to my family of four adults and one child. Upon check-in we immediately moved vulnerable breakables out of reach for ease of movement and to avoid accidents. The kitchen was equipped with everything a cook might need whether we wanted to brew a cup of coffee or steam a lobster. Prep space on the counters was a squeeze. We had decided to rent specifically to have a place to cook for ourselves and avoid going out for every meal. Luckily there are many good takeout places nearby. Please bear in mind that it rained every day of our stay, preventing us from enjoying the lovely, flower-filled backyard. Our host, Tina, was very attentive and happy to share her knowledge of the area.

Amazing and relaxing stay in Milford

We had an absolutely lovely stay in Milford. Tina was incredibly responsive and accommodating to all of our needs! The house itself was so comfortable and relaxing; the backyard and grill alone were an absolute delight! I would highly recommend this place to stay if you're looking for a relaxing getaway near the beach!

Simon and Gina were a true pleasure to host. Their 3 little dogs were so cute and I could hardly tell they'd been inside. They were very conscientious about covering the furniture and keeping the house tidy. I'd welcome them back anytime!

We had a wonderful stay at this cute cottage by the Sound. The cottage was very well appointed with everything you could need for a beach stay. I wish we’d had time to make more use of the incredible kitchen! The street is quiet, and the beach minutes away. We liked walking to the pier beach about 10 minute away. The local restaurants are great. The owner was so helpful with advice on activities for the kids. The beach is so much fun for kids at low tide! A great location for a memorable vacation.

Villa Rosa Getaway

Really comfortable and well-equipped dog-friendly home in a quiet Long Island Sound beach house community. Accommodations proved to be ample for five adults in a modest space. Beach walks, and evening by the fire pit were especially enjoyable. We'd consider visiting again for sure!

Lovely beach cottage!

Super cute beach cottage that comfortably fit three adults and one teen. Kitchen is fully appointed but small for cooking full meals. Two full baths, very helpful! Great location, close to beach, cafes, and restaurants. Very sweet place. Owner is very kind and communicative. Would stay again!

CT Wedding

Nice, however very cluttered with personel items and not a lot of counter space in kitchen. Use to less personalized vacation homes. Master bedroom was very welcoming and comfortable.

Sweet cottage, a block from water

We stayed over Yale Commencement weekend to escape the craziness, noise and expense of New Haven hotels. Cozy, comfy and homelike. We enjoyed the proximity to water, coffee and ice cream shops, Mexican food and Walnut Beach park. Tina was a great host!
