Ma place est un pĂątĂ© de maisons de la rue Crescent, qui est au cƓur de la zone du centre-ville avec de nombreux restaurants, boutiques et Vieux-MontrĂ©al. Vous allez adorer ma place Ă  cause de l'emplacement, les hauts plafonds, le confort. Ma place est bonne pour les couples, les aventuriers en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (avec enfants).

J'ai un systÚme d'eau d'ECHO d'hydrogÚne moléculaire (systÚme d'eau alcaline)! Je dois aussi APPLE TV!

Vous disposerez d'un parking de jardin privé qui mÚne directement à ma maison, afin de ne pas avoir à se soucier de trouver un stationnement au centre-ville de Montréal et littéralement marcher partout!

Short stay for MTL Jazz Fest

Patty’s place was perfect for our two-night stay for Jazz Fest. Easy walking distance to so many great restaurants and parks. Beds are very comfortable and the blackout curtains were perfect for our slow mornings. The off-street parking was a plus and the keypad entry was super handy. Couldn’t recommend Patty’s place more for an all-around awesome stay in a spectacular city!

A great quiet haven in a busy university neighborhood

What a wonderful apartment with outdoor space and parking, very close to universities and Center Bell. We rented it to drop off our daughter to Concordia and really enjoy the nice clean space, big kitchen and dining room (we hosted a couple of diner parties). The instructions were very clear and the apartment very charming. I absolutely recommend ++++

Wedding Day!

We used Patty’s beautiful home as base camp for my daughter’s wedding prep. It was perfect! It is so picturesque that all the pictures looked professional. Every detail has been thought of in this home. I’d say it ranks in our top three homes in VRBO, and we’ve used a lot. The check-in process was a breeze. Communication with Patty was A+. It’s a clean, happy home. The beds were extremely comfortable. Access to public transit literally across the street. And any small hiccup was dealt with immediately. Thank you, Patty, for offering your gorgeous home. It was hard to leave.

Wonderful stay, centrally located

Had a great stay in this two bedroom, one bath unit. Bedrooms downstairs provided great sleeping conditions as they were cool and quiet. It was great to have such good space so we could spread out and relax. Although we didn’t do much food prep there, definitely a cooks kitchen. Very well stocked with tools, pots pans, serving dishes etc. all top of the line.

Amazing location!

The location is amazing! We were minutes from restaurants. It was a short drive to the old town. Patty’s place was very clean and had everything we needed. Patty was very responsive and a great host. I would highly recommend her place!

Wonderful property for family visit!

The location was great! Just across from the Metro and very close to Crescent street restaurants. Old montreal is a pretty easy walk or short cab ride. The apartment was wonderfully comfy and beautifully decorated. The beds were super-comfy. All we needed for our stay was provided. Our host was easy to communicate with. Thanks for a wonderful stay! We look forward to our next visit!!!

AMAZING STAY - great location

We loved loved loved our stay. The house is literally at the corner from the metro. We were blocks from the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. There were pubs, shops, restaurants and everything you could need close by. We only wish we had stayed here longer. The directions inside the home were clear, and very helpful. A lot of thought was put into these directions and we felt very welcome. I would highly recommend and would book again.

Formula 1 Weekend

We had an excellent stay here while in town for the Grand Prix. The location is perfect with a subway stop just steps away. Also St Catherine street is just 3 blocks away for the street party. Patty is an excellent host with great communications. The apartment is clean and very comfortable, we highly recommend. There are many restaurants within an easy walk.

4 day stay

Great property! Literally steps from Metro and easy walk from Via Rail station. Everything was perfect at the townhouse-kitchen had everything we could possibly need. After living out of suitcases and hotels for 8 days we really appreciated the washer/dryer and space to spread out a bit. Groceries, pharmacy, and anything you may wish to eat are within a few minutes walk. Had a quick question and Patty was a super responsive host. Recommend!

Great location and cozy apartment

This is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment located conveniently to the metro and easily walkable to downtown/old montreal in 20 minutes. 10 minute walk from the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. Apartment was well heated and quiet, the beds were very comfortable with lovely bedding. Bathroom has heated floors and was very clean. Plenty of fresh towels available. Instructions and communication with Patty was great. We didn't have a car for our trip and didn't need it, given great public transportation. I've already recommended this apartment to friends!
