Un joyau

Quel bel appartement! Nous nous sentions tellement confortables, au point que nous aurions pu y vivre. L'accueil et l'hospitalité de Richard et de sa conjointe nous ont beaucoup impressionné. Ils prennent vraiment soins de l'endroit et de ses occupants. TrÚs joli quartier avec beaucoup de vie. Durant tout notre séjour, nous avons décidé de marcher plutÎt que de prendre les transports en commun. Le plus loin a été une marche plaisante de 30 minutes. Le stationnement (frais additionnels) a été trÚs pratique et est à quelques pas de l'appartement, dans un endroit trÚs sécuritaire. Nous conseillons cet endroit sans réserve et nous y reviendrons trÚs probablement. Frédéric

The parking did not appear to be safe or accessible for a small to med size car. Parking is not at the vrbo property. It is several blocks away through a sketchy part of town. Then down a very narrow alley.

We had a great stay at this apartment for exploring Montreal. It was located near two metro stations and there was a great breakfast restaurant located beneath us and plenty of restaurants for lunch and dinner in the Village. It was a vibrant and lively neighborhood especially at the weekend. The apartment was clean, light and airy and the kitchen was well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils and there was a washer and dryer which was very useful. The main living area is an open plan layout which was nice when hanging out and cooking. Please note there are two sets of stairs when entering the apartment. We enjoyed our stay and thank you to our host Simon. It was a pleasure staying in your apartment.

This space was very clean and spacious with all the dishes, pots and pans to cook meals. The host responded quickly to my queries. The furniture was comfortable although the beds are on the small size, perhaps doubles? Also the beds felt quite hard. It was great to have a patio but it was accessed through one of the bedrooms and up a fire escape. The location was wonderful, easy to walk to many sights and also near the Metro station.

Roomy place in a colorful neighborhood.

The apartment is super comfortable and roomy but the neighborhood really makes it special. Ethnic food everywhere, a sweet coffee shop downstairs and a cafe too. It happened to be Gay Pride Week and we so enjoyed the festivities. The rooftop was a soecial bonus.

Very spacious apartment, great part of town, and perfect for our family. Simon has two apartments and our daughter and son in law were in one and our granddaughter was with us. Made for a very pleasant trip for all.

The apartment is perfect for a visit to Montreal - spacious, comfortable and clean, and we love the roof deck. The check-in process and access was effortless. The stairs leading to the apartment are rather dingy, but that is a really minor point. This was our second time staying in the apartment and we would definitely stay here again. Also close to the metro, SAQ and some very good restaurants.

Great Place to Stay

The rental was in good condition and very spacious. We enjoyed the property. We found the best way to walk to Old Montreal was through the shopping/food streets since they are always populated. Homelessness is a problem in many cities, so staying in the populated areas made us feel safer.

Work and then holiday trip

Such a great spot if you’re looking to be in the heart of everything. The apartment is huge, clean and in a great location to access all the spots of Montreal. A couple minutes to the train station, 30 min walk to a lot of other spots. Only thing I would add is the noise from the village / pedestrian street was audible later at night, thankfully however everything was quiet after 11pm. The host was easy to communicate with and I would highly recommend this rental.

Perfect location in Montreal

We loved this location. So close to the Metro and many, many restaurants. You have to be willing to climb steps for this property, but it's so worth it when you get there. There's a spiral staircase to the roof deck that isn't for the faint of heart, but the views of the bridge at night with the light show, fantastic! The apartment is large and so clean!! Many small details made this so welcoming like providing a scent free laundry detergent and providing clean and fresh linens. Loved it here!
