À distance de marche de la High St et de la gare principale, à 1 minute à pied sur la voie menant à Laighills Parklands, Cottage Apartment est parfait pour ceux qui aiment marcher et si vous avez un chien, ils sont les bienvenus! C'est l'endroit parfait. Veuillez nous informer à l'avance de votre réservation si vous prévoyez d'amener votre chien. Nous aimons aussi les faire se sentir spéciaux!

En été un bel espace lumineux et ensoleillé avec vue sur le jardin. Le porche arrière s'ouvre sur la terrasse où vous pourrez prendre le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner ou un rafraîchissement en soirée. Le banc fournit de l'ombre sous le lierre ou vous pouvez profiter du plein soleil sur le plateau bistro. Il y a accès à de vastes terrains communaux au-delà où vous pourriez voir l'étrange voisin faire du jardinage.

En hiver, une retraite rurale confortable pour se blottir avec un livre devant le poêle à bois. Une fibre plus rapide garantit une diffusion en continu transparente de Netflix, Amazon et des applications de rattrapage, toutes disponibles sur la Smart TV de Samsung. Sky Go via Playstation.

La douche puissante fait revivre ou se détendre en fin de journée dans un bain moussant relaxant. La cuisine est bien équipée, a un four double, un lave-vaisselle et une buanderie séparée. Le lit king-size est vraiment confortable et une sélection d'articles de toilette est fournie. Nous proposons également des peignoirs et des chaussons gratuits.

Le porche du jardin abrite un placard idéal pour lancer et stocker des bottes boueuses, suspendre des manteaux humides et frotter les chiens détrempés.

Lovely hideaway in Dunblane

Extremely comfortable accommodation, well equipped and beautifully refurbished in a quaint corner of Dunblane. Shona is the perfect host, very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Convenient for the town centre, but very quiet. Lots to do and see in the surrounding area, and lovely walks both locally and in the wider area. We will definitely be back!

Great base to explore Dunblane

Great base to explore Dunblane and beyond. Excellent, warm and friendly communication from owner from initial booking to departure. Cottage apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped for our stay. Shone had set the fire ready to use but we didn’t need as the flat was nice and cosy while we were there. Location was great for us with lovely dog walks at the end of the lane. It’s only a short walk into Dunblane where you can find small supermarkets, independent retailers and places to eat. We definitely hope to return to cottage apartment on one of our frequent trips to Dunblane.

Very disappointed with the description of the property in front of the house was not shown in pictures ,this was described as cottage there were two other tenants staying in the property ,the front of house looked shabby and needed painting also the tenant said patio outside when going out this was a communal area where you could not sit as seats were all dirty and a disgrace there were steps down and this was not stated we could not use these facilities,in your photo it shows table and chairs and there were swivel chairs at table you would use for a bar area ,the saucepans were not fit to use ,bedroom was very poor had to put light on all time ,The description of the distance to town was 9 minutes maybe on the flat but did say there was a massive hill down and no way we could walk up and down ,there is no description anywhere for elderly people as this property was unsuitable ,we would like compensation as this spoiled our holiday .

Wonderful experience all around.

The recently refurbished apartment is a comfortable size, has full amenities, was clean, and was quite stylish. Dunblane is a very nice village with shops and restaurants and some great trails and parks walking distance from the front door of apartment. Dunblane is also centrally located within central Scotland, we could walk down to take trains to Glasgow and Stirling and were 30 minutes drive from the Trossachs mountains and several other villages and castles. The host was exceptional, available, and was genuinely interested in our having a wonderful stay and time in Dunblane - not at all like absentee or corporate management. We wish other properties could be as well done as this one. It had us discussing how we could work Dunblane and the apartment back into next summer’s EU travel plans! Would highly recommend.

Cosy and very quiet

Very satisfied. This place is ideal for a couple wanting to explore the surrounding area. Dunblane town centre and all shops are within walking distance as is the station. The cottage is very quiet. There is a lovely „villagey“ feel about the place. Kitchen/dining area is equipped to a high standard meaning it is no problem to prepare meals. The only thing that should be mentioned is that parking is a bit of a lottery. After booking we received a „manual“ including inter alia information about where not to park. The road is very narrow, and parking is „available“ as stated in the listing but limited. We often had to park some distance from the cottage. Not ideal on arrival/leaving days. Apart from that minor quibble we were very happy with our stay. Shona is a great host- very proactive, and a good communicator- replies promptly to messages.

Lovely cosy apartment, good WiFi, with access to back garden, a lovely 5 min walk from the middle of Dunblane. Really enjoyed the Laigh Hills Park (3 mins walk from apt) and the riverside path walks (10 mins walk from apt). The village has all you need to enjoy your stay. Great deli, butcher (Johh Hill, try the meat pies) , grocery (Greens) coffee shops (Beach Tree Cafe) and gastro pub (Riverside) in the village. No car needed unless you plan on extended touring. Frequent and good value bus (Ember Bus) and train service to and from Dunblane to visit the lovely nearby ‘toons’ of Sterling, Perth (incl Barndley Gardens).

Dunblane eine Reise wert...

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Dunblane genossen. Die Ortschaft ist Zentral gelegen und mit einem Mietauto kann man wunderbare Ausflüge in die Highlands machen. Das Cottage ist gemütlich, es hat alles was es braucht. Uns gefiel der Aufenthalt und wird würden jederzeit dieses Angebot wieder buchen.

Rust en ruimte in een prachtige omgeving

Het appartement heeft alle comfort die je kunt wensen en is gezellig en huiselijk ingericht. De informatie die je krijgt is zeer uitgebreid en bij vragen krijg je snel antwoord maar ook extra informatie en tips. De buren zijn heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Echt een warm welkom.

One bed apartment - Dunblane

Hostess met us at property, everything was really homely and well presented. Very comfortable property with shared garden, very quiet and peaceful. Well equipped and hostess couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Lovely walks right on the doorstep, would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely Place and Great Location

This cottage apartment is an excellent place to stay in all aspects of the word! It is located within a 5-10 minute walk into Dunblane Village and the local amenities. The cottage has everything you need for your stay and the large communal garden is lovely. The host, Shona, was fantastic and always available to answer any questions (not that we needed to ask much as everything was already there). She had set a lovely warm fire for us arriving, which was a very welcoming touch. To sum up - lovely cottage and lovely place to stay and would definitely consider going back in future.

Great little well-appointed apartment

A lovely cottage apartment, tastefully modernised. It was cosy and comfortable and beautifully presented. No steps into and around main part of property but steps to laundry room and to the rear garden. Our host, Shona was really helpful, friendly and easy to communicate with. She provided helpful advice and welcome extras, like milk and shortbread, plus wine and flowers! The cottage is situated in an old part of Dunblane - don't expect to park very near, apart from unloading/loading. A lovely10-15 minutes walk will take you to the town (fairly steep in places!) or out into parkland and various walks. We had a wonderful time and hope to return.

Fantastic dog friendly cottage

Shona was wonderful. She sent me directions and also met us at the cottage. I was a little anxious about renting anywhere during this Covid time, but Shona talked us through the things she had put in place and everything was great. This is a great situation for dogs, the wee lane the cottage is in leads into acres and acres of dog friendly parkland. There is also a shared garden out the back door which looks lovely, unfortunately we picked two very rainy days and didn’t get to sit outside. We will definitely go back as Dunblane has some great walks to explore. Who needs to go abroad when Scotland is so beautiful. Thanks again Shona

The cottage was ideal and everything about it was great. The owner couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent location for touring around this part of Scotland.

Cottage apartment

Lovely stay at cottage apartment. Shona was perfect and contacted us before arrival and met us to explain the layout and controls for things. Everything you need is there and spotlessly clean The location is a few mins from the centre of Dunblane up a hill past the cathedral but it’s lovely and quiet with the path leading to the park and river is just just feet away allowing for great dog walks. Places in the village are dog friendly and they are esp welcome at the Tapit Hen just down the road. Thanks again Shona

Great stay in a wonderful place.

Very well maintained cottage in a beautiful area. It has all the necessary things for a short, as well as a long stay along with or without your pet. Great places near by to walk your pet and close to a lot of points of interest. It was a great holiday and I highly recommend this place. Thank you Shona for your hospitality from all of us. We will surely see each other again.

Walking distance to mainline train station which links to all major UK towns and cities. Flights into Edinburgh and Glasgow - approx 45mins. Very happy to arrange pick ups if it would be helpful.
Walk to the village's quaint cobbled main street and choose from a variety of shops, bars and restaurants.
Fantastic log burner and a great Power shower.
